Cons: The location was too far. Hotel is too stingy to feel hospitable. I have never felt this bad staying anywhere

Pros: Perfect hotel, excellent staff, good spa, nice restaurants, perfect and clean rooms.

Cons: Not exactly cheap, but it's still good value.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and even gardeners greeted you with good morning or good afternoon. Very helpful with our small child. Assisted with queries about areas to travel and shop in Hue. A female staff member "Lo-an" was very helpful to us as a family. Rooms are set in landscaped areas, food was good but at resort prices. Onsite spa/beauty services were good.

Cons: All was very nice, but if staying for a few days and have a baby/ child who needs day rest, you would be best to call housekeeping as you leave the room - they tended to come at different hours everyday .

Pros: Extremely nice hotel, definitely worth visiting. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Maybe the best hotel I ever stayed.

Cons: The hotel is not located in the city, you will need to take a taxi to town (about 4 US$) or the free shuttle bus.

Pros: This hotel is actually a training hotel for hospitality students, so it is a bit cheaper than other hotels, but has a very Western ambiance. Staff is incredibly helpful, but you just have to remember that they are doing on-the-job training, and give them a chance to rectify any issues. The keycards to the rooms are date/time coded, so we did get locked out of our room on the second day, because they accidentally coded our card for one night instead of two, but they fixed the issue immediately. Rooms were beautifully appointed and the bathroom had a western toilet, bidet, and soaking bathtub, which I loved. Hotel had a bar and separate restaurant - these workers are also students, which meant that they tried to make my Singapore Sling 4 times before they brought it out to me ;o)

Cons: Staff come around every evening with homemade cookies, but be forewarned that they might unlock the door and try to enter if you don’t get to the door right away, and they will enter to leave the cookies if you are out. We were left sitting at our table in the restaurant for a long time because they were waiting for the one person that spoke some English before they brought the check. Also, the waiter tried to tell me that I shouldn’t have ordered what I did, which was a little off-putting, but he was trying to be helpful!

Pros: From beginning to end, and everything in between, I was totally delighted with this hotel.

Cons: Like every hotel, the prices of the drinks at the bar are substacially higher than if you went to an outside bar or restaurant, but the were not abusive by any means, just higher than drinks if you exited and went to a town bar or restaurant.

Pros: Great Breakfast buffet, Location in "old city" good for sightseeing. Hotel tours and driver were very good.

Pros: Spacious room and the staff were helpfull and professional. The hotel is new but the occupation is high. The breakfast was phenomenal and the varities was large. Booked a car for a 2 days trip to Hoi An with the hotel and the price is very reasonable. Camellia was the only one hotel which had a counter at Hue ariport to take care of their customers. Can't understand why Camellia is only a 4 stars hotel. Camellia beats for sure all the 5 stars hotels in Hue. Highly recommended at the best hotel in Hue

Pros: Lovely hotel. Room was large with open window, big bed and very clean. Bathroom was comfortable with bath tub and shower overhead.the hotel staff was extremely helpful, polite and always smile.breakfast was so great with many options.thanks to valentine hotel and all staff for helping me about the trip in hue.

Pros: The hotel staff was very friendly and arranged free pick-up from bus station. Spacious room and bathroom with bath tube.

Cons: The matras was a bit hard. The breakfast was acceptable but not great.

Pros: I am amazed about the quality of the hotel, the staff is friendly, professional and extremely helpful. My room is neat and tidy with big bed inside, bathrooms are always clean, dry and comfortable. During this holiday, I do not have the feeling of living away from my home. Completely satisfied.

Pros: Everything is very good. Staff is really interested in you and tries to help without any obtrusiveness. Unfortunately I had a chance to check their sincerity (I had some troubles with health) and they did everything they could. Room is nice and very clean. Breakfast is excellent (try theiк special soup).

Pros: We really felt as guests. We received a free drink and fresh fruit when we arrived. So too with the departure.

Cons: Nothing at all of the hotel but the travel company they are working together. A very old minibus took us to the bus we booked at the hotel. Y got a hole in my trousers because the seat had a steel pin in it. The bus was very poor. Most seats where half demolished and open over 60cm. There were no safety belts or the safety belts dot not work. It is a pity.
