Greeted by very friendly informative staff, the rooms are lovely, well appointed and clean. The hotel roof top bar is a real bonus, allowing great views over the park, and amazing sunsets. The food in the restaurant was good, we only ate in once, but service was impeccable.

The breakfast was excellent with so much choice of food. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When I had my wallet stolen in the city centre, the manager allowed me to transfer money into the hotel bank account. They then gave me a cash advance which allowed me to continue with my visit to Valencia.
I would have liked to have been able to sit by the pool as the weather was warm, but it was closed for the winter.

View is excellent, lots of good quality restaurants and shops nearby. Staff very helpful and Parking in their garage is a good value for 15€. We will be back!
