Not yet stayed there but they moved my booking and upgraded the room to compensate for staying a night less than originally booked. Great service so far.

The property was absolutely amazing and in a great location. The staff were very helpful and I have to say the beds were so comfortable I felt like I was sleeping in a cloud most nights.

The hotel was simply fantastic. Very Icelandic and welcoming on the outside, very modern, warm, and cozy on the inside. The beds were super comfortable, extremely clean and modern amenities. Hotel offers breakfast and happy hour both of which were great extras! Great location. Seems it is in the main and most active street of Reykjavik, also 10-15min away from the harbor were most of the whale watching and northern light tours are taking place. Breakfast were small, but included everything a person might want to eat in the morning. The staff was very helpful and understanding.

All was very good!

Central, compact and convenient. They were on top with regard to preventative measures to combat the Coronavirus.

A second armchair would be of benefit.

Lovely clean hotel, our room (302) was larger than expected and the bed was so comfy, nothing to fault. Breakfast was very good but if you are expecting hot food then you will be disappointed! Location was excellent, couldn't have picked a better area. We hired a car and the receptionist gave us a mobile with a taxi number in for when we had to get back from the car hire. Would most definitely come back and stay at this hotel, no need to look at others. Oh yes the bakery next door is well worth a visit for a slice of cake alone!! All in all fabulous
