Hotel Reykjavik Centrum

Great location, nice breakfast, comfortable room.

Noisy rooms, could hear upstairs and next door rooms.

It was homely, comfortable room, nice surroundings, fantastic location, love the building on the corner of the centre of Reykjavik, close to the harbour and lots of great restaurants & cafes & museums. Steff were friendly, breakfast was nice.

Breakfast was pricey especially when you could get a huge cooked breakfast and warm coffee down the road for less. tea and coffee facilitirs in the room were poor, there were 2 of us and they didn't have pairs of the same kind of tea bag, no milk, small cups, little sugar, we bought ours from the supermarket. Internet which we paid for kept stopping working but when we called it was fixed and when we mentioned it again at checkout it was deducted from our bill, so was ok in the end.

Having travelled extensively around the world, it was a pleasure to be greeted by service minded, smiling, friendly staff. The hotel was relaxing and stressless.

Maybe, a little more attention should be made to controlling the facilities inside the room. Ensure things are regularly maintained in the bathrooms with drips, leaks, and edges correctly sealed with silicon. Minor issue, but essential to retain the hotel profile

The Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful in giving suggestions about places to visit, providing maps of the city, and arranging the shuttle to the airport. The Location is perfect, right in the centre of the city and close to shops, restaurants, the city lake, and sites. I think it's so unique that the hotel is above a Viking settlement (museum). I Loved this hotel!

Although the breakfast is great, I do think it's a bit pricey per person (14 euros or $18 canadian).
