Only the position was fine.

Location was very advantageous because it was in the main centre and in front of the beach. However, this has been one of the worst stay ever. At our arrival we were located into a studio on the 6th floor at the end of the corridor, where lights were not working and some panels were not attached properly on the wall. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable with only one very thin mattres and I couldn't sleep all night. We also found in one of the duvets inside the wardrobe a pad (very disgusting). We went downstairs to complain and request to be moved into another room but they were fully booked and told us to come back the next day. Next day they moved us into another studio on the 1st floor and offered us compensation dinner for the whole stay, which we refused because we wanted to go out. Problems got worse then. Everyday we were receiving dirty towels, bed sheet and duvets and everytime we were coming back from outside, the room wasn't cleaned properly, especially the bathroom and the floor. WiFi only available in the main hall of the hotel and not in the rooms so everytime if you wanted to use internet you should have left your room. (Lots of people were sitting in the chairs or if there was no space, you just had to stay up). We complained a lot on reception for the lack of hygiene and nothing ever changed. One day my friends took all the dirty towels and bed covers and brought them at the reception shouting. The receptionists were speechless and when they met one of the managers, he immediately gave them all the clean linen and towels and apologised. He then told us that the company was saving money this year because they were planning to sell the hotel to another one, and that they were receiving at least 1000 complaints everyday. Breakfast buffet wasn't one of the best in terms of quality, because I also took a food poisoning. I would not stay at this hotel anymore and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

The location

The hotel is dirty!!! I knew it is an old property but since I only stayed for one night I was expecting a decent room that was clean. I had a surprise: the room was dirty, towels weren't washed from the previous guest or guests and I don't think the balcony has been cleaned since the season has started (I assume since May). The staff members weren't approachable, including their front office manager (I was waiting to speak with someone in reception and she was there looking at me but couldn't bother to ask if I need any assistance). Internet ... well there is internet only in the main reception and nowhere else. This hotel is a 2* (and even 2* hotels have to provide clean rooms)

Starting with the room - it was nothing like the pictures here. The furniture was different and the bathroom was different. It was very dirty - there was dust everywhere - and even though we made a complaint it wasn't cleared after that. The couch was dirty and we even didn't want to try it. The shower was broken and it was hard for use. The food was with very low quality and the waitresses didn't clean regularly - for example there was watermelon all over the table with the desserts. When the dinner was over all kitchen stuff got out to eat, which is not so bad, but when you see how someone licks the spoon, which is supposed to be used by everyone, you don't want to stay there anymore.... So - never again!
