Eden Andalou Suites, Aquapark & Spa

The room was good - great design and big bathroom for us as a family. Also liked the bed areas around the pool.

No entertainment, boring in the evening, one of restaurants and also 2 bars were closed. Not enough communication - on booking the hotel it mentioned a kids club we saw nothing about this, also a free Hamman I had to ask for this it was not offered. There was no information in the room concerning the hotels facilities and nothing was in written in English. A can ok coke and a large bottle of water was almost £3.00 and they cannot cash your travellers cheques in the hotel you have to do this in centre of Marrakech.

extremely poor service and bad food in the restaurant. Hotel is far outside and shuttles are at unsuitable times (6pm / 9pm). I would consider this hotel as a 4 star in terms of environment and 2 star for the food and the service. You are not allowed to bring food and drinks from outside but the restaurant is very expensive (i.e. coce 3€ and 1l Water 3€). Most of the guests i have spoken to, were not satisfied with the service too, i would never book this hotel again.
