The location of the Hotel is very central.
The bathroom was not ventilated and had a musty smell, which is exacerbated by the fact that it is located right next to the bed.

It’s close to shopping areas, sightseeing, restaurants, parking garage, subway. Cosy Small bar at lobby level.
Rooms at street side have windows you can’t open, i like to get some air inside the room even if it’s noisy outside.

Size of the bedroom/bathroom was ridiculous..very very minimal also the cupboard space. Very dark room...

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is really good
The room was small, the bathroom did not have proper toiletries - no shampoo, no conditioner, no shower gel, only solid and liquid soap for hands. There was no slippers or robe in a 4-star hotel. The room was supposed to overlook the courtyard. Instead it was overlooking a 1 sq meter well for stairs. There was no natural light. The breakfast was poor. Only 2 types of cheese in a 4 star hotel?! Even family hotels offer better selection. The breakfast area is tiny

Great location! The room was nice and quiet, and also very clean. We appreciated that. The staff speaks very good English. All in all good value for the money.
The toilet in our room was a bit weird. We liked that it was separate from the bathroom, but it was behind the sliding door that seemed more like a paper door. Otherwise, everything else was great.
