place is excellent,rooms are clean but very noisy cos of the noisy Germans..they were shouting all night so we coulnt sleep at all..

breakfast was vry good, and the beds were comfortable....

check in.... because we had booked 3 rooms (6 pers.) but they only had 2 on the list. Ended up on seperate floors :-(

The only reason I booked this hotel was the location next door to our apartment. However, i was disappointed when we arrived for the cost of the stay.

The facilities at The Amazonas were in my opinion pretty poor, the decoration was poor, the rooms were small and uncomfortable. I do not think this was value for money in any respect and the hotel is in desparate need of renovation

they had a pool and restaruant and bar all in one there

they could have more then one drink at the bar, and then spoke more languages then just spanish to understand customers.

The public areas were spacious and clean. The pool and terrace were always well cared for. Although there were a lot of young people, they were polite and considerate. The view from my balcont was good.

The bed was not comfortable at all! Rental of the safe in the room was 25 euros, I thought this was expensive compared to other hotels I have stayed in.
