Anantara Chiang Mai Resort

The Chedi Chiang Mai was very tranquil with beautiful architecture and excellent personal service from the staff. The club suite rooms are stunning and very well equipped. We intend to return.

The club suite room was a little noisy due to its closeness to the road. However this should not put anyone off making a booking since everything else was excellent.

Great location, very friendly staff, nice and modern design, quiet and pleasant atmosphere

Food in the restaurant is to expensive, no internet corner, just two laptops for all guest is to little, none offer for facilities around chang rai,

the professionalism of the staff and the fact that they understood everything first time .... very very good.

only thing can think of is the aircon in the roojm probably needs rethinking.

I have never stayed in a hotel that was that organized in every respect. I used to work as a consultant for hotels in my younger days, and this hotel can be used as an example of the "state of the art". Please note that I am quite critical but in this case it is difficult to identify "room for improvements".Leif

Prices for laundry much exceeds for which you can buy new clothes.
