    Modern, spacious, well furnished apartment. Excellent views to Santa Eulalia beach and ocean.

    The facilities are new, clean and modern. The beach and ocean view is amazing.

    Parts of the hotel are still under construction (restaurant, and grounds). Did not really impact our stay....

    brand new, modern equipped spacious apartment, large terrace, nice and clean pool area - the place is great...but...

    ....there are huge and very noisy reconstruction works in the building going on and the hotel management is not professional enough to inform and apologize the guests - they just do not care that you would like to relax - they started every day at 8 am (!!!!) and finished their works around 5 pm. The receptionists do not smile at all, internet is expensive, beach is not nice, not suitable for babies, not easy way and impossible to take the trolley with you. There are only other hotel resorts around, the shopping/restaurants centre is far away, 30 minutes by foot on a busy road...

    The rooms were fresh, pleasant and clean - it helps that they are newly built. The location was quiet and close to the beach. The pool and bar facilities were nice and the supermarket was very convenient. The restaurant was good and the waiting staff there very friendly.

    Apart from the restaurant staff and one of the young men on reception, the other reception staff were slow, not particularly friendly and service was not a strong point. When the air conditioning wasn't working and we needed a bath plug, it was an inconvenience. They did not appear to value repeat business.

    - Very good swimming pool; - Walking distance from the beach; - The apartments are spacious and very well furnished including the kitchen; - The balconies are big and if you are in an apartment with sea view the view is great.

    - The check in hour was at 4pm and not at 2pm as it says on the bookings website (we had to wait 2 hours to get hour apartment); - Parking area is small near the aparthotel, no garage was available probably because they are still doing some construction work; - Some construction work is still being done near the pool area (it was done after 6pm and for a short period of time so it was not so bad); - The pool bar was open only until 5pm what is very early (there was other bar availbale in the resort but not near the pool); - The press center available on the Alfagar resort (on the supermarket) doesn’t have Portuguese daily press (like us there were on the resort many Portuguese people).
