Would definitely stay here again.Pros: In room kitchenette
Friendly staffCons: Parking Sucks!! $20-25/day
was like a hostlePros: NothingCons: It was small and was given 3 twin size beds for my husband and I.
Not sure about this placePros: I liked the view and the bedCons: Staff doesn't know much about helping people out to learn new things here. The pool has strange hours from 10 AM to 7 PM I think they got that backwards. They overbooked me a day on my room and would not give me a refund. I'm not sure I would stay here again for the amount of money that I paid for 10 days
Pros: The place is close to everythingCons: Building is old. They need to remodel the facilities
Price too much for room!Pros: Good location, allowed us to keep car there after check out for a day tour. Lobby was nicely decorated.Cons: Room was run down, badly needs updated. No view to speak of. Price was way too high for these accomodations.
Pros: Helpful staff Well organised front desk. Cons: Web site dors not say the gym is very small and there is an extra charge for the Internet. $20 Also there is no tea or coffee in the room and no restaurant, therefore no breakfast. This is not good value for money compared to better local hotels.
Very disappointed in this.
Pros: The Ambassador Hotel has a wonderfully responsiveness staff who were willing to help. For example, our toddler locked us out of the in-room safe and a maintenance person came immediately to open it. The hotel also has filtered water machines and re-usable bottles, which I liked. The gym and laundry were good. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the beach.Cons: The sliding glass window in our room was quite old and a lot of street sound came through, though this was not much of a problem when the fan was running. Overall, the hotel is in need of updating, especially for the kitchen cabinets and flooring.
Pros: The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful. Location is great-awesome coffee stand out front and close to multiple bus stops and the beach. Cons: They charge a $20 a night resort fee which pays for use of their wifi and filtered water system. In my opinion that fee wasn't justified. Also the facilities while clean and comfortable could be updated.
I felt safe, welcomed and treated with respect Pros: Everything
Pros: Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, pool is good Cons: Rooms require paint at bare minimum, appliances are very rough
Cons: They charged us more than we had already paid online. Nobody helped us with our big suitcases.
BedsCons: The beds were extremely uncomfortable.
You can feel the springs through the mattress cover. I ended up having to use all of the pillows as additional cushion between my body and the mattress.
