Pros (+) Nothing.
Cons (-) The water was off all day, and they didn't tell us. The building was shaking and loud noises all through the stay because of construction. If they told us, we would have booked elsewhere. Their greed surpassed our comfort. They said they notified us, but they didn't post until after we were booked in.
