Service was top notch’s, everyone could converse in English and were eager to help. Love that it is so so clean and service made me feel like a royal.
More persons at the reception during peak check out times.
Clean spaces with warm and friendly staff (Lucas and Pauli’s). Attention to details and responsive to service requests.
The staff was so wonderful and courteous. We really enjoyed our room and stay at the hotel
Thanks to all the personal at the Hotel. The rooms are very nice and the quality excellent. The restaurant at the old tower is amazing and great price value
The location was perfect, I stayed in 3 different rooms because I was booking at the last minute every day because my wallet and passport were stolen by a pickpocket. Stefano was very kind and helpful. Every single room from the smallest to the largest was incredible. Best beds and sheets ever. I loved everything about this hotel.
Hotel Brunelleschi offers an astonishing location in one of the world’s most beautiful cities. Set in a Byzantine tower that is part of a medieval church in the heart of famed Florence, Italy, it is a destination in its own right. Within the pedestrian area of the city, it is steps from Strozzi Palace, the Uffizi Gallery, and the Ponte Vecchio. It looks at the Belltower of Giotto and the Piazza del Duoma and is also just a short walk (less than ¼ of a mile) to the Piazza della Signoria, Bargello Museum and the Florence Baptistry. Close to the airport, the Santa Maria Novella Train Station and the Arno riverfront, it is a remarkable spot to stay.
A four-star hotel, it boasts an array of luxurious amenities and services, as well. These include business services and meeting rooms, a concierge desk, free Wi-Fi throughout, garage options, in-town limousine services, same day laundry and dry cleaning, pet-friendly policies and pet care services, airport transfers from any Tuscan airport, wine tastings, and two gourmet restaurants, among other services.
Rooms and suites are all deluxe accommodations, and most have been redesigned by architect Benelli. Most have remarkable views of the city’s most famous sites. All rooms feature unique furnishings and décor, luxury linens and bedding, work desks with ergonomic chairs, daily breakfast service, private baths with signature toiletries, satellite television, and 24-hour room service.
When seeking the ultimate location for a walking tour of Florence or to do business in a beautiful and well-placed setting, the Hotel Brunelleschi is almost impossible to match or beat.
