Pros (+) For European standards, bathroom was slightly bigger. Breakfast selection was good. Location is convenient to get to and from SMN train station.
Cons (-) It took a lot of time to get our room ready. We arrived early at around 12:30pm and were told that the room would be ready by 2pm. We left the luggage and had lunch at nearby restaurant and came back and were told the room is not ready and would take 30 minutes. At around 3pm, they told it would take another hour.
