Pros:The view was absolutely gorgeous. It was a treat to draw back the curtains and look out the window in morning. The hotel is located right outside of El Nido proper, so it was a lot quieter and had a more relaxing vibe. It is located right across the street from the beautiful beach. The staff were so friendly, thoughtful, and accommodating. We had some last minute tour requests, and they were able to make the necessary arrangements for us for the next morning. They even had motorcycles that you could rent for 700 php for a whole day. That was a fun and quick way to get around. Our last morning, we had to check out early in the morning to catch our flight, so they even packed us sandwiches for breakfast on the road. The food at the restaurant was delicious and clean. The rooms were pretty and well-kept.
Cons:The power cuts off from 10am-3pm. This didn't turn out to be too big of a problem because we were usually out during that time. There is no wifi in the rooms, and it is spotty in the common areas, so expect an unplugged stay. (Also not a problem because there are so many other things to do and enjoy). Lastly, if you are afraid of bugs, be prepared to share the room with little critters like insects and lizards. They didn't really bother us, but as city kids it took some getting used to.

10.0 Wonderful
Pros:The staff is so kind and helpful. The place is gorgeous with an INCREDIBLE view and only a 15 min tricycle ride (PHP150) from the town proper. It is right next to Corong Corong beach so you pretty much have a private beachfront 2 mins from your room (I found the Corong Corong much nicer than the main beach in town). Breakfast is great. All in all, I would love to stay here again!
Cons:There are a lot of stairs to get up to the room. It was fine for young folks like us but older guests might have trouble climbing up the stairs.
