Nicest Motel 6 EverPros: The rooms were fancy and nice and clean and good. Location was perfect for us.Cons: The staff was a bit questionable.
Recent makeoverPros: The room had the faint smell of new paint. The bed was in excellent condition and the overall cleanliness was a welcome change.Cons: The only thing I didn't care for was the rather loud 2am conversation outside me window from the parking lot.
What a value for the money!!Pros: Everything was great! Stayed in a newly remodeled first floor room. No carpeting in the room which we appreciated.
AveragePros: Was clean, the parking lot was under construction so parking is very limited. Staff was very friendly and the rooms are average.Cons: Parking
Pros: The front desk staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. The room was newly remodeled and cleab.Cons: The bed left a lot to be desired. It was very uncomfortable and you could feel the springs.
Pros: Hotel failed to service our room both days after being asked to handle it.
Pet Friendly Pros: I enjoyed having my dogs travel with me. Duluth Grill shares parking lot, perfect. Fair price.
piece of s#!+Pros: uncomfortable beds--i woke up in pain and stiff. also there were pipes running along the floor, and the place smelled like cigarettes. no tissue or body wash. very unhappy with our stay!
Cons: I didn't like the fact that there little furniture in the room. At least there should a couch or 2 comfortable chairs.
One night between hotelsPros: The front desk staff was great. The room was just ok. Hardwood floors and very echo-y. Hard to be quiet with kids. Beds were uncomfortable. One bed had cigarette burns in the bedspread. Overall acceptable for the price.
A bit disappointed.Pros: Easy parking & to find.
Wasn't too noisy.Cons: TOO bare bones....no coffee pot, no shampoo/conditioner, no KLEENEX. had flooring-not carpeting. Even for a weekend night, price jacked up too high for what you got. Lucky we only wanted it to have a place too sleep...
Pros: It's not terribly out of the way. The staff is nice and helpful and happy. The room looked newly remodeled.Cons: The whole floor, but especially my room, stank strongly of stale cigarettes, despite the fact that everything was labeled no smoking. The room was cold during the day, and freezing at night. I couldn't find a heating vent anywhere in the room, which probably explains why. This would be fine if the blankets were thick, but each of the blankets are about the thickness of a plain sheet, and about as warm, too. I had to get up and get bundled up in clothing and get back underneath the covers just so that I could get a good night's sleep. And because everything in the room is extremely hard (concrete-like "wood" flooring, walls with very rugged washable paint, etc) any sounds from the hallway reverberate throughout your room quite loudly. I would pay more money just to not stay here my next time in Duluth.
