Pros (+) While the wait staff (excluding the bar staff) were rather helpful, the one working elevator was slow, the spa did not have any openings, and we received a 3am wake up call that we did not authorize. For a luxury hotel, they have some work to do.

Pros (+) The Kingsley was a great place to settle down In Cork. The staff were professional and took pride in their work. The rooms were nice and clean. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay.
Cons (-) I didn't mind this actually but the Kingsley is about a 15-20 minute walk to the city center. You could take a cab or walk it. The reason i didn't mind was because it was far enough away that you weren't surrounded by the noise.
