Pros: We had a hillside cottage and a Beach Suite (which was upgraded to Deluxe Beach Suite). Being wet season the resort was able to facilitate slightly early check-in and, gratefully, a checkout extension for us to store bags and shower after our elephant afternoon session. The benefits of the Beach Suite are great, we really enjoyed our included Thai Massages (thank you Sonya!) The beachy style is lovely and the bathrooms huge (probably a bit over proportional). The pool bar was very accessible. The Reception staff were very responsive. An added bonus was the Sunday afternoon tea which we really enjoyed. The local restaurants we visited were wonderful. We loved being right on this beautiful beach, with the bonus of the local entrepreneurs offering massages and drinks - it feels good to support the local community.

We loved being right on this beautiful beach, with the bonus of the local entrepreneurs offering massages and drinks - it feels good to support the local community.
Cons: Unfortunately it didn't seem possible to book a cottage with twin beds so as 2A, D14, S12 we had to split girls/boys rather than kids/adults and my husband was a bit miffed he wasn't staying in the Beach Suite (although he got all the benefits of the included massages, cocktails, bad weather sparkling wine, mini-bar etc). Family accommodation on the beach would have been perfect for us and if this was in place it would persuade us to stay at the resort again. (Some of the bathroom space could be converted to a bunk room). Although the cottages are lovely, the rest of the resort buildings feel a bit old. As the beach was (appropriately) closed we needed to use the pool. There are enough chips in the black tiles to give the pool a very run down feeling. Together with the shape the whole area feels very aged and in need of a phenomenal update to the 21st century. Certainly for the overall cost of staying at the resort this area is distinctly lacking pizzazz.

Pros: I really absolutely love this hotel and enjoyed my stay so much! Receptionist are super nice and greet with drinks and fruit during our check-in. The check in process was super easy and relaxing I just need to sit and wait for a couple minutes. Staff assist to take our luggage and escort us to our room, introduce us the guestroom and the facility for us. As we entered our guestroom we are surprised and found it so peaceful, everything is perfect, the details of our room, the vibe and environment are really beyond our expectation. There's welcome card for us. The bed is so soft and comfy and the pillow are so fine. There are also the anti-mosquito lamp in the guestroom which is so sweet and considering. Twinspalm does a great job on service and details of the guestroom. Outside of the guestroom we are very close to the pool, just a few walks of garden, the view outside of our guestroom are just stunning. I haven't tried the restaurant I only stay for one day, I will definitely come back and stay longer!!

The name from passport may not be matched with a confirmation letter from an agency Obviously there was a confirmation email in my hands. They were struggled with finding reservation information . I believe they could have asked me if i have a different name ( such as english name apart from passport information ) At the beginning they made me feel nervous indeed with a booking statement To be honest. I m a frequent traveller ,This is the first time i faced on difficulty to do check in after booking an accommodation via booking.com If your passport name. The hotel has a buggy service which brings you up and down from the rooms that we really appreciated since it's so hot. Staff is so warm and welcoming, always ready to be there for you and help in any way. The hotel is sparkling clean throughout, of course the rooms are as well. There's spa, pool and restaurant and we recommend trying all of them - especially the massages, the ladies were awesome! Really liked the breakfast variety as well. Surin beach is just 5 min walk in front of the hotel or you can take their free shuttle to HQ lounge on Kamala beach - both of them are nice, clean and quiet with different options to eat. We stayed only 3 days but really enjoyed our time at Ayara and hope to be back very soon!! Thanks to all staff for making our stay very special!

Cons: Constant noise from road and night club all night and even all day sometimes- not tranquil at all. Our bathtub drain was broken. Fountain to our room did not work well. Did not provide conditioner for hair. Bed and pillows were very firm.... the overnight sleeper train we took in Bangkok to Chiangmai was more comfortable! Standing water means tons of mosquitos. Also a lack of privacy for garden yard. You can’t shower in the garden or use the tub bath in frot naked or else everyone will see you.

Cons: The aircon was a little noisy so we couldn't keep it on much during the evening/night but not a big issue. The area is quiet and there isn't much to do around (lots of good restaurants/places to eat though) but you can take a very inexpensive taxi and head to Patong or ask the hotel for their organised excursions. For us it wasn't a problem at all because we were looking for a nice quiet place to rest for a few days.

Pros: + the staff was very friendly, but sometimes they were some communication problems because of language barriers the 2 pools are very nice the room was very clean and the bed huge and very comfy they organized the airporttranfer, which worked out very well, but the prices are very high on Phuket for the transportation system we didn't try the breakfast, so we cannot say anything about that - no mosquitonet and a lot of mosquitoes sometimes very noisy other hotel guests

Pros: The most beautiful stay in this wonderful hotel. The villas were large and very comfortable and the staff’s kindness was second to none. The breakfast are reasonable and yummy. The pools were clean and lovely to cool down in. We stayed around the larger pool and glad we did for the space and privacy. 3 minute walk to the beach and the end of the beach with great restaurants and bars. Easy to get around local roads. Can’t wait to return!

Pros: We arrived late at night and immediately felt welcome. The room was clean and had everything we needed. If it wasn’t there they would get it for us. Breakfast was a selection from a list and was really filling . The staff were extremely polite and friendly.There was always a smile and a greeting The pool and gardens were beautifully maintained and clean. During the time we were there they were planting even more areas. The beach and shops were minutes away and there was a good selection of restaurants nearby. One would come and get you and take you back in a tuk tuk. We really enjoyed our stay there and would return same time again. There were very few people about and at time felt as though we were the only ones around. It should be noted that areas behind the sand were filled with rubbish. This is no reflection on the hotel. They kept it spotlessly clean.

Pros: This place is like a lovely little Oasis in the middle of Bang Tao! The villas are spacious and nicely furnished and super clean. The two pool areas are peaceful and relaxing. The staff are super friendly and helpful, especially Manee, who runs the place. She helped me with all my transportation needs and gave me information on whatever I needed. It's located close enough to walk to restaurants and bars, but you don't hear any of it at night, making for a peaceful sleep. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk away and is clean beautiful. I was travelling alone, but felt safe walking to and from the villas, even at night. For breakfast there were the usual options, which were tasty and served quickly. In my opinion this is one of the best value places to stay in the area.

Pros: + the staff was very friendly, but sometimes they were some communication problems because of language barriers the 2 pools are very nice the room was very clean and the bed huge and very comfy they organized the airporttranfer, which worked out very well, but the prices are very high on Phuket for the transportation system we didn't try the breakfast, so we cannot say anything about that - no mosquitonet and a lot of mosquitoes sometimes very noisy other hotel guests

Pros: The most beautiful stay in this wonderful hotel. The villas were large and very comfortable and the staff’s kindness was second to none. The breakfast are reasonable and yummy. The pools were clean and lovely to cool down in. We stayed around the larger pool and glad we did for the space and privacy. 3 minute walk to the beach and the end of the beach with great restaurants and bars. Easy to get around local roads. Can’t wait to return!

Outside beach restaurants for lunch serve excellent food and restaurants in the town are also excellent (Flame, Simmys, Siam Supper Club (real 5 star food but price of wine is mout of kilter). Totti bar for a game of pool. Even in rainy season, great place to holiday .

Cons: Cassia is a western styled resort, while this may suite many people it offers little in the way of an authentic Thai experience - although the food options were pretty good. Having to catch the boat to the beach rather than being able to walk beside the lake was a bit of a drag as well.

Cons: Nothing but wish to make following comments. Firstly no staff came to the room with us on checkin. The hot plate was touch control but no instructions as with microwave. The first morning we had to get a staff member to show us. There was no in room instructions on TV channels or the fact that the small ferry that takes you across the lagoon was free. Small things but can improve the stay.The rooms are serviced every second day no problem but had to ask. Sheets changed every 4 days. We booked 4 nights but stayed 6 so had to ask for sheet change. On the door were the rubbish bin is there is a note that it will be picked up every day. This can be done without entering the room but had to ask to have it emptied. There is another area for bottles to be emptied when asked to have emptied told to leave in room

We had a delicious Thai dinner one night in the Beach Restaurant. Happy Hour OK but we were usually the only customers. Plenty of sun loungers each time we went to the pool even though loads of guests 'Reserve' many of them first thing every morning. Also liked there being 2 x pools. Staff courteous and helpful, always smiling. Shuttle service to Phuket Town, our driver took us to Central Festival shopping mall, absolutely loved this outing. Hotel transport to and fro from the airport went smoothly and was the same price as all taxis, and so would recommend prearranging this. The pools and gardens were kept spotlessly clean. The beach was very nice for a swim or wander along, but after a rain storm rubbish would build up. There were several restaurants, mini marts and massage places very close-by. Pros: Lovely resort, comfortable, spacious room and nice balcony overlooking pool/beach. Breakfast was terrific with lots of variety and all food looked very fresh. We had a delicious Thai dinner one night in the Beach Restaurant. Happy Hour OK but we were usually the only customers. Plenty of sun loungers each time we went to the pool even though loads of guests 'Reserve' many of them first thing every morning. Also liked there being 2 x pools. Staff courteous and helpful, always smiling. Shuttle service to Phuket Town, our driver took us to Central Festival shopping mall, absolutely loved this outing. Liked the restaurants and shops around the Resort.
Cons: Not sure if it was due to the time of year that we stayed at Best Western but there were many Russian and German guests on Package Deals who did not mix or interact with anyone, obviously due to various language barriers - but this was something new to us. The bar areas lacked atmosphere.

Pros: This hotel is very nice and we enjoyed our stay. What I liked the most was the breakfast and how close it is to the beach. The beach is very nice.
Cons: People are allowed to smoke almost everywhere and we could not relax due to that. Also our room was on the fourth floor and there is no lift.

Pros: Loved the stay here, very relaxing. The room was very nice and comfortable. Being on the ground floor was most convenient for pool access. Hotel transport to and fro from the airport went smoothly and was the same price as all taxis, and so would recommend prearranging this. The pools and gardens were kept spotlessly clean. The beach was very nice for a swim or wander along, but after a rain storm rubbish would build up. There were several restaurants, mini marts and massage places very close-by. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: Everything was good. Clean, the breakfasts were adequate and the staff attentive. Pool was wonderful, and I don't know if it the resorts idea to split the families with children in one area with a separate pool and leave the other side for couples, but it was great this way, very relaxing for couples, even though it isn't a adults only resort.
Cons: The window in our unit that overlooked the pool were very dirty and we couldn't see through them.

Pros: The facilities and the beach were great and we enjoyed the close proximity of the street shopping outside and alternative choices of restaurants on the beach. Good breakfast and reasonable prices for food and drink during the day Very nice big room with a great view of the pool area and the beach.
Cons: The old creaking spring bed mattress has seen better days. The pillows provided were hard like bricks. We asked for softer pillows and received one very flat pillow that was no use at all. The internet connection was frustrating - always dropping out and it was very slow at times. The connections at the neighbouring beach bars were way better. No lifts to the upper floors; difficult if one is aged or handicapped.

Pros: Everything!!! First of all, the staff is incredible. They truly care and are extremely kind and willing to help. The room was specious with plenty of places to put your things, showers were hot with great water pressure, AC was powerful and easy to adjust, the pools, the grounds, the children's club... Everything was clean and in great condition, very welcoming and fun. The breakfast was great! Plenty of food to choose from, very fresh and delicious. We had a truly lovely time.

The breakfast was better than average for this kind of hotel, with very good options for cereal/bread/salad/fruit, but the coffee was not very good quality (nescafe vending machine, using powder, not beans) and the egg station was not well organized (the chef was precooked/overcooked the eggs, rather than taking orders).

Cons: The only thing we have to admit we didn’t like, was the plastic in the sea. Something the resort tried to do there best to clean the beach daily. But with with the wrong current(not every day) plastic hit you every minute when you are playing in the waves.

Cons: We had a bit of a rough start, as on our first day we had really dirty water coming out of the faucets, then one of the showers was clogged. The next day our cards didn't work and we were locked out of the room. BUT, with that said, the staff responded quickly and happily to assist us with everything. They also offered us to change the room which we didn't want to, and we were given a voucher to have dinner at the hotel's restaurant which was very nice.

Cons: The kids club was well organised for young kids, but did not have much going on for kids over 8yrs. The only option for kids over 8 yrs was the video games in the "teen club", along with only 3 other short activities over the 7 days of our stay. The hotel seemed to have enough kids club staff to organize 2 or 3 physical games/activities for older kids every day.

Cons: I have nothing derogatory to say about the establishment. We only ate breakfast and an occasional snack in the restaurant given that it is Halal. Food was always wonderful and plentiful but there were many other restaurants in the area where the serving of Halal was not a problem.

Cons: - No parasols at the rooftop pool area, so unless you want to burn yourself you can't stay there for too long, not enough sunbeds when it was busy - Seating arrangement for breakfast (only a few tables inside, low chairs outside) - Room has a kitchen but no tableware and cutlery, no sockets in the kitchen for kettle and toaster so you have to put it on the floor - Glas cover on table was broken with sharp corners

Cons: No cutlery, not even a teaspoon. Unreliable WiFi. Almost got double-charged for a few minibar items, that the staff had missed to refill. It ended well, with the faulty charges removed, but only after lots of discussions.

Pros: The pools!!!!!! Amazing! So clean and the water temperature was perfect. We stayed in a room with pool access facing the garden. We enjoyed this because we had a lot of privacy and could swim at any time. Beds were nice and comfortable even though one was a little hard. The Nirah restaurant made the most amazing salmon! A must have! The staff helped my husband to arrange a birthday surprise for me and I even got a cake for free! Very kind of them. Taxis arranged by the resort were excellent! The rooms are old but had everything we needed. This was a perfect resort for our family. We wanted to go somewhere we could rest and swim and that is exactly what we did.

Cons: We arrived at 00:30am (we did inform the staff) and the guy at reception didn't even acknowledge us. Our initial thought was that he was part of the cleaning staff but when approaching him we found that he was the receptionist. At first he wasn't very friendly but warmed up with time. It was very hot and humid and no welcoming drinks were offered. The towels are very dated and need to be changed. The main pool closes at 7pm.

Cons: The location is not great. 40 mins from airport...2 hours from boat pier if you do an excursion (normally 45 mins but they pick up other persons). 30 mins from animated street... there is a great looking beach but rough waves and not for kids (we were there in july). They charged extra as i paid with my credit card.. the hotel is located next to nothing besides a beach...you have a tiny street with a few shops and restaurant but no animation whatsoever....cars everywhere and almost no sidewalks...dangerous with kids. They have a big sign saying the poopbar is free from 4pm to 6pm is 50% but it s only cocktail with alcohol...(not complaining for the 200bath i lost but not correct to work this way). They dont have a single quiet place if you need some work during your vacation.

Pros: Beachfront was absolutely spot-on for my long-weekend stay in Phuket. It was a great location in between Bangtao and Surin with plenty of restaurant, bar and beach club options. The facilities were really impressive and the hotel sits right on one of the best beaches in Phuket. I have no complaints whatsoever and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Cons: At high tide you wouldn’t walk along the beach unless you wanted to wade through knee high water to get to the restaurants on the beach. The beach directly in front of the hotel was used by locals for fishing sometimes and I wouldn’t swim in it.

Toiletries were never renewed during our five days stay and in the end we run out of shampoo. Swimming pool very dirty and water was cloudy- almost green. Not enough sunloungers for the size of the hotel. Dinning room not big enough- we often had breakfast in a dark area at the sports bar. Staff overwhelmed (and again I highlight that this is a low season). You may book a room at a low price, the extras however are well overpriced compared to other hotels- i.e extra bed, taxi, late check out, drinks/ snacks at the pool, Kids menu would offer small portions even for kids and surprisingly you had to pay extra for the ham in a sandwich- as kids menu offers cheese sandwich only!. Laundry service unreasonably expensive for Thailand.

The activities for 10+ year olds was not great. Drinks are expensive even compared to other hotels and outside eateries.

Cons: My room by the pool was open to anyone looking in, which meant that I had to shut the curtains when I was in the room. Net curtains / blinds would have been better. Breakfast was set at 150baht, which is reasonable, but there was no choice apart from the set meal (American, English, Thai). Although I had the English set breakfast, I really wanted a change. During my stay, I saw nobody at the restaurant, and in fact the kitchen looked shut although advertised as open. It was not welcoming.

Pros: This property just 150m from the beach which is perfect for those who want to spend their time on the beach. Next to it you will find a few good restaurants. Everything else you need are here, Family Mart, 7-11, even there’s an ATM and a money changer. Let’s talk about the room - spacious, clean and a big bathroom. The thing i like the most, this place are pretty quiet and peaceful. U definitely will get a good night sleep. The staffs were very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was pretty good, although very basic. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to my friends.

Pros: We arrived at the Hotel at about 1130am and was blown away by the beautiful interior of the Hotel. Very nice touch on the welcome drinks and towels. We had to wait for our rooms since we arrived before the check in time which we totally understood since we are working in the Hotel industry ourselves and I am also with the Front Office (afom of the Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore). We went to 1 of the f&b outlet and had a great brunch at the restaurant. To our very pleasant surprise, both our rooms were upgraded to the new wing (Suite rooms)! We were taken aback by the generosity and kind treatment by John, the gm, who met and welcome us while we were doing registration. All staff that we encountered were excellent; friendly and helpful.

Pros: This property just 150m from the beach which is perfect for those who want to spend their time on the beach. Next to it you will find a few good restaurants. Everything else you need are here, Family Mart, 7-11, even there’s an ATM and a money changer. Let’s talk about the room - spacious, clean and a big bathroom. The thing i like the most, this place are pretty quiet and peaceful. U definitely will get a good night sleep. The staffs were very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was pretty good, although very basic. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to my friends.

Cons: A gym/exercise facility The taxi that the hotel ordered from us was a RIP off - they charged us 600 b for a drive that was less than 10 minutes away. I used grab after and it was 400b. Never ever book a taxi with the hotel - they take advantage of their clients.

Cons: Shabby and overpriced. Poorly maintained and managed. As the photos on your website show it could be absolutely stunning but at the moment it is definitely not. Staff friendly but seem to accept low standards and total disinterest. We never received a reply to our email asking for twin beds when we booked through you; nor when I sent them an email driectly subsequently. When the extra bed was provided on our arrvial it was filthy and was very uncomfortable. And this was not a cheap hotel: E.G. it was far worse than the extremely nice hotel we had stayed in Chiang Mai which was half the price.

Cons: We believe the bars and restaurant are overpriced. Yes, the food is good - but there are numerous good places within walking distance with a significantly lower price tag. Also, the office has been neatly 'disguised' to such an extent that personnel in the office can not see the reception area and you often have to wait until someone else from the staff notices you and notifies the manager in charge.

Huge room with a private pool (huge pool downstairs too) and two massive bathrooms, one with a huge bath! Staff very friendly and although the ‘request’ breakfast is limited it can be as filling/healthy/tasty as you want it to be. It tends to be quiet as I think most of the apartments are privately owned but what do you want on holiday?? :)

Doesn't have any restaurants close by, everything is a good walk away luckily we rented a car Aircon in the room we couldn't control ourselves it took staff a very long time to sort it out we had to keep on asking. Hotel was very empty felt like a ghost town. Breakfast was disappointing, cornflakes, abit of bread and eggs and sausage available only by order. For the price they want per night would expect alot better. Main Pool was very warm and wasn't pleasant to swim when it's 30 degrees.

The man charged me £25 for a little bit of laundry and £25 transfer to the airport when I could of got cab for £8 which he refused to ring for me. He said if I wanted a cab I could walk to another hotel and get one! Very greedy rude man runs it. It’s a shame because it probably was a very good hotel at one time. The rooms were a lovely size albeit dirty!

Cons: 1. The aircon was broken and not a bit cold in the living room. I requested someone look at it and nobody did. 2. The fan in the room didn't turn on, even though the switch is on the wall. The reception told me it is for decoration only. Okay, interesting decoration. More interesting lie. (they have the same fans working in the lobby and restaurant). 3. The food is some of the worst we've eaten. The Tom Yum soup was clear water (I've never seen it any other colour then red because of the spices and sauces used). It tasted wrong like it was a completely different dish (it might've been). The sweet and sour chicken somehow contained some fish pieces and the sauce was so bad, like vinegar. This is my favourite dish in Thailand so I honestly know a bad one. Don't waste your money and try something else. 4. The eggs in the morning breakfast (scrambled or omelette) were inedible, I think they used some of the local butter that has a really strong flavor and you don't even need to keep this stuff in a fridge. Avoid at all costs, it doesn't even taste nice like most chemical preservative packed treats do. My 3 kids had one bite each, all pulled faces and didn't eat more. The boiled and poached were fine. 4. Not a make or break for me, but management might want to know ants are running wild in the bathroom, and the floor tiles in the living area are rising up out of the ground. You can stand on them to flatten them back down, but they'll just rise up again the moment you step off. It's kinda fun for the kids at least. 5. I've never been in a warmer swimming pool. The sun is ridiculously hot so it's no surprise the pool warmed up, but wow! Hot bath. Perhaps management could put up some sort of fabric to shade the sun a little bit? For the high price of this place, the standard is low. Receptionist blamed me when I asked her where our breakfast toast was?

Cons: Don't stay here. No value for money, very expencive for what you get! Pool is not clean, for 2 of 5 days it can't have been cleaned at all, 3 persons working in the pool area and had no intention of cleaning pool from bird fethers, papers and other stuff. Chairs and umbrallas are not clean and broken here and there. Brekfast is better they not include at all. I think one of my top experiance for serving poor food. So poor and unfreach, ants are wakling around on the table where the breakfast is served. Many persons working with breakfast but better to focus on what guests really like for brekfast then serving ham that look really untasty. We only had omelett and frut (where ants walked around). The basins that shall be keept warm was cold so it also felt like a risk of getting issues with your stomach. In our very big apartment we had a funny smell, cups and mugs in the kitchen was really unfresh. The apratments was ok but very boring and sofa was dirty. Used shoer gel was put in the showers, better to remove and not give any shampoo etc. Focus on fees, if you lose your pool towel you need to pay 600 bath etc, very costly for a towel that had been used by many gusets. You can also pay for internet, that is very old fashion and sneeky. Hard beds for a swede, but same as most of Thailand, but our sheets was full of small things so it was no nice feeling when you went to bed. Ok pillows. Out balcony was big but only 2 chairs and a small table when we where 4 persons. At least 4 chairs, now we had to bring out someting to sit on every time we wanted to be more then 2 on the balcony. I have added 3 pics, one of small ants walking on out table when we had breakfast, one of the cantines where ham, beans etc shall be hold warm, one with proces of internet (for us it was included(I shall not be unfare)).

Cons: !В этом отеле у нас вытянули купюру в 100$ в из кошелька в комнате!!! My mom got 100$ note gone from her wallet when her bag was left only once unattended in OUR ROOM. I came to talk to the manager kindly and instead of hearing something like: oh no I don't think something like this could have happens in out hotel she said: its not a big money after all to complain (what?!) if 3000usd would be stolen then, she said - its a big deal yes...but 100$ its only 3000thai bhat, if u complain our stuff will loose the job - MEAN exactly a thief mentality, that was direct justification of a robbery. Then she was saying its too late to call the police and just so one and so forth nonsense and trying to convince me that I made a mistake - like I'm just another of those stupid tourist who comes and throws money everywhere: my mom only had 2(!) 100$ notes in her wallet and 1 was gone thats for sure. But lets start from beginning when actually since the moment we arrived WE were treated like theirs : - you need a cable to charge ur phone? this amazing 4 start resort DOES NOT provide such service. Maybe reception girls will be kind to u and let u use their own cable but of course u have to go and bring ur phone to a main reception desk and leave it there. - you need an adaptor for ur local socket? You have to again go urself to reception desk and leave a deposit of 150baht like is if im a typical adaptor stealer. - final thing: when I called room service to as for a knife and a plate to cut a fruit we bought on a market they again was quite rude to me and said : call kitchen then go to the kitchen urself and you will need to sign a paper on you being taking the bloody knife. Its just un-be-lie-va-ble. I'm not even mentioning about the cheapest food for breakfast, absolutely horrible instant coffee etc... The final episode just with the money disappeared from the wallet was just a final punch in a face from those crooks.

Pros: Very good Hotel on a beautiful beach. The first night we had a room in block 2. It was difficult to sleep, because of Frogs making noise all night. The next dag we complained, and got a room in block 9. It was an excellent room. We slept very good there! We think this was really good service!
Cons: We booket this Hotel because it was for adults over 16 years old, BUT there was many kids there in April. We expected the Hotel to be more quiet this time of year. The Hotel Amora Beach could also need A bit upgrading and paint here and there. But all in all we were very sattisfied when we got A Nice and quiet room in block 9!

Pros: It's just a hotel. Everything is okay.
Cons: Some of the staff were lovely but some weren't very friendly or helpful. 'Do not disturb' meant nothing. I was tutoring online & my class was interrupted 4 times.

Pros: Amora Beach Resort put a smile on my face throughout my 4-day/3-night stay. The property is spacious, aesthetic and luxurious. There are two pools, but the main one is 3 to 4 times bigger than the smaller one. The staff was friendly, helpful and full of smiles.
Cons: This might seem petty, but I felt that the bathroom supplies could have been of higher quality (shampoo, bar soap, etc.) and the television in our room was a 32 inch. A bigger one would have been appreciated.
