Hotels near Charleston Municipal Airport

Pros: Coffee and buffet were a pleasant surprise. The room was very clean, quiet, and had much more space at not much more cost to normal hotel rooms. Staff were great!

Pros: Everything, good breakfast, comfy bed. Me and wife will definitely be back.

Cons: Pool was on smaller side but was clean.

Pros: I loved the friendly staff. I was greeted warmly by ALL staff. I watched as a guest tried to not make eye contact with a staff member so as to not speak. I was super pleased that the staff initiated speaking (like I've been experiencing) because the guest spoke back and they had a brief but nice conversation. The guest had a smile on her face walking away (I'm a people watcher by the way). The room was perfection.

Cons: The construction going on, but that's no fault of the facility. The snack center was super over priced.

Pros: This hotel is my first choice when I stay in N. Charleston. An updated hotel with a great hotel fitness center, the M lounge, and most important is the professional staff.

Cons: Tried to cancelled since on wrong day with hotel and the online site I made reservations. No response from either.

Pros: Staff at this location is simply amazing. Professional, friendly, courteous, and attentive.

Pros: They have an incredible staff. Andrea and Kerristen great you with a smile and are professional. Oni and Crystal in hen M lounge make sure everyone has what they need.

Pros: Newly renovated hotel. Amazing staff from the front desk to the M lounge. Modern rooms with comfortable beds. Close to airport and just a few mins to downtown. Great location for business and pleasure travel.

Pros: Not too far from historical Charleston. Room was clean, bed was comfy, breakfast was great!

Cons: Where to start. The website photos are very misleading. Instead of the two room suite we were expecting, we were given a single room with a curtain separating our sleeping area from the sofa bed. Our 8 yr old granddaughter spent two nights with us and house keeping didn't even make up the sofa bed. My wife and I slept several nights on the same bedding, and small pieces of trash on the floor when we checked in were still there after 7 days. I can only assume we were given sub par service and a lesser room because we booked at a discount rate. Will never stay here again!

Pros: Everything about the hotel was nice. The decor inside was very nice and rooms were great. Breakfast was really good as well.

Pros: I was pleasantly surprised how beautiful and new our hotel room was! It felt like we were in more of a luxury suite than a standard room. The tall ceilings, newer furniture, and modern colors attributed to this upscale feel. Our king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable; we could barely feel the mattress move when getting into/out of bed. I was also surprised that despite being so close to the airport, I only distinctly heard a couple of planes during our two-night stay. Traffic was noisier than any jet! In addition, the continental breakfast was unexpectedly delicious! What a great variety of hot and cold items. I wish we had selected a Holiday Inn while in Savannah earlier that week. I would recommend this hotel to anyone stopping by the area.

Pros: They gave us a late checkout. Room was okay for the price. Definitely not worth the normal hotel website price.

Cons: Under remodel. Elevator not working. Long walk to room. Most doors and stairwells where locked due to painting. Like a maze trying to get to room. Lots of loud construction. Had to yell to the back to get someone to the front desk. 2 star hotel at best.

Cons: The room was dated, the breakfast buffet options were disappointing, with no fresh fruit, and the airport shuttle did not run the morning of my departure even though I set up and confirmed the shuttle time and availability the night before.

Pros: From the moment we walked in the door we felt safe and clean. Adam and Brittany at the front desk were so sweet. They let us check in two hours early. The hotel is clean, safe, closer to everything, and a short drive to downtown. The room was immaculate. I was able to rest easy knowing I was laying my head down on a clean bed and clean pillows/sheets. The bathroom is large and was very clean. Love that the room had a fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. Blackout curtains allowed us to sleep in total darkness!

Cons: The only thing I would change would be to have the breakfast as complimentary.

Cons: The hotel was not clean. Room was filthy, from floors to ceiling. The sheets and soap were not changed from the previous patron. The room was highly disappointing. For the price and the name of the hotel, I expected WAY better.

Pros: Everyone is not a dog person.. Don't get me wrong I am an animal lover just not in my house they had the entire hotel smelly

Cons: Stains everywhere: on the towels, carpet. Hair on the drain in the shower. LOUD bass/music playing until after 10PM coming from the bar. There is no traffic light, so entering and leaving the hotel turning across traffic is almost impossible.

Pros: I reviewed this hotel a month ago with a very negative feeling the management emailed me almost immediately wanting to correct their mistakes. We came to check in and the staff greeted us immediately room was clean food was delicious management met us on the last day to make sure everything was better than our last visit which it was.

Cons: Some noise reduction from the lobby would be nice and to clean the trusses from the lobby where it looks like mold is growing

Pros: The rooms are very comfortable. The staff was very nice and inviting. It is within walking distance of the Tanger Outlet and Walmart along with other stores. It is also within walking distance of many restaurants.

Pros: The hotel was located in the heart of north Charleston next to Tanger Outlet and the expressway. I also enjoyed the bar even though the drinks were extremely over price. The bartender was very professional with her skills.

Cons: Well, for one the room that I purchase had holes in the shower section of the room. It looked like someone ripped something off the wall and lefted holes there. Its very big eye sore to see that. Im just saying, If I was running the hotel I would want all of my rooms flawless and if its not flawless don't use it until it is. The house keeping crew is VERY VERY LOUD in the morning time making it sound like your inside some school because of the talking, laughing and banging....

Pros: Modern styling, unique layout

Cons: Floor was wet by one of the beds, shades didn't fully close, busted window, strange ozone machine was running in the middle of the floor when we arrived, no breakfast included which is a big minus when you consider this was an upscale hotel and virtually every other chain offers breakfast these days.

Cons: We woke up to hammering and construction in all surrounding rooms. Minutes later a housekeeper knocked on our door, with a do not disturb sign hanging, to ask when we were leaving even though check out was not for three more hours. With the hotel maybe fifty percent full, it was unbelievable that they would place us in a room on a floor with so much construction going on. There was no sign of any construction when we checked in, but we had a hard time navigating the construction debris in the hallway on the way out. We will not be back.

Cons: Strange bedroom/bathroom layout. I only recommend the type of room I stayed in to couples only. The shower has a wall connected to the bathroom only separated with opaque glass. When my fiancé was taking a shower and I was getting ready in the bedroom, I could definitely look into the shower and see her silhouette and her every move. You should only share this room with someone who you are very comfortable with.

Pros: The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were just a little too soft but was manageable. Staff was really nice when checking in.m0

Cons: The hdmi box did not work properly with the cord e brought and on the box it says you can get a cord from the front desk. Upon requesting a cord, we were told flatly they do not have them and that they do not have many issues with them. There was no offer to replace the box or remedy the situation. We requested the shuttle take us to a location (not the airport) & was told it would be ok by the bar (who spoke to the driver) but the front desk staff refused. Overall ehhh. Not the best, not the worst.
