Hotels near Casablanca Mohammed V Airport

Pros: The folks who run the Riad made everything so easy. From the airport pickup to dinner to special requests, I felt like I was in very capable hands. I would recommend for both transit stays and longer stays.

Cons: Overbooked so they left us sitting in the reception area for an hour while we waited for transportation to their other hotel downtown. We had booked this hotel because it is about a 20 minute drive to the airport. The downtown hotel was 1 hour from the airport and $10 more on the cab ride. They did not compensate us at all for their overbooking, extra cost, our loss of time and inconvenience.

Pros: The staff was okay which made it half decent but they don't understand English so don't go to this hotel if your touring.

Cons: It's a far out hotel which makes it not good for any tourist unless going with a family for a long time. The rates for the hotel are way too high for what your getting. The next night I stayed in a a hotel in the main area which was just another few dollars and was not comparable. Gite nadia was not clean either I couldn't walk bear foot which I like to do in hotels.

Pros: It is a pleasant place to stay and near to Casablanca airport - almost the only such place.

Pros: The wait staff and front desk were very attentive and friendly. My driver to and from the hotel was very efficient and friendly. The restaurant had a very good variety and the food was wonderful.

Cons: I had laundry done. They put all of my colors together so my black blouse bled on all of the rest. My white blouses (3) are now gray and I'm not sure if I can fix that; they are probably ruined. I have had laundry done all over the world including emerging economies and never have had this happen. After much discussion a deduction was taken off of the laundry bill. It is because of my laundry experience that I have given the staff and all over experience a good instead of excellent. The room needs more electrical outlets. Hot water spotty in the shower.

Pros: Very clean, excellent service, very calm and beautiful surrounding, beautiful place to stay in, excellent for families.

Cons: Paying for using swimming pool or playing tennis. Price of restaurant meals very expensive for an average family.

Cons: Getting to hotel was a challenge. A better map on the website would help.

Pros: It was nice to stay in a small inn style hotel rather than a big modern one, while in Casablanca. The staff helped with some issues we were having with the airport pickup for our friends.

Cons: Dinner at the hotel was good, albeit a bit pricey and the wine selection was also pricey.

Pros: Hotel was okay, but Kayak was terrible and they booked the wrong price. False advertising.

Cons: We booked it online and we're expecting a completely different price as per Kayak.com however when we arrived they said the booking is reserved and it was far more expensive. We could have stayed at a better location for cheaper. And the worst part was cancellation was 70 euros. Kayak really scammed us on this one. We tried to show the hotel our booking on our phone but we went on a nether page and the pricing disappeared.

Pros: Good service, restaurant available, clean comfortable room, pre-dawn breakfast available for early departees.

Cons: There is nothing really of interest nearby....it was just convenient for the airport.

Pros: I paid for my room twice!!!! in cash upon arrival + money was transfered from my credit card. Terrible. How can I like anything in this hotel?!

Cons: Staff is not professional. Reseptionist menager did not know how to check payment from credit card !!!!!!

And yes, the point made in one of the other reviews is true: they do try to make you pay more than what was agreed on booking.com at reservation, by "accidentally" adding a breakfast fee even if you did not have any, and by blaming the rest on the variations in exchange rate between euro's and Dirham.

Pros: Pleasant clean well designed and cheerful room. Very accommodating at front desk. Made taxi reservation to airport for us with reliable taxi driver and fixed price. Great restaurant with good food. Free use of internet on hotel computer so could reconfirm airplane reservation.

Pros: at edge of city and on way to airport. Good noise insulation. Non-smoking rooms available, cleanliness, free wifi (although several guests including us couldn't connect for some reason)

Cons: The staff was eager to add breakfast to our bill before asking us and charged 50 Dhs per person for breakfast and in the booking.com reservation we mentioned that we have to be at the airport by 6:30am. When we came to the breakfast room at 6:00 am there we no lights, there we 2 juices to choose from, and only one basket with croissants, nothing else and no staff to wait on you. After walking into the kitchen to find someone and ask they told us this is all we get if we breakfast before 6:30am.Poor communication between night and morning staff. The night staff had refunded an amount that was not on our booking.com reservation that they overcharged us for upon arrival...the morning staff prevented us from leaving for our flight to pay this

Pros: Nice clean rooms, and good spacious lounge bar/service area.

Cons: Hotel staff not very helpfull. Our group gained far more assistance and guidance from the friendly security guards at hotel.

Pros: I have not seen a bad hotel like this hotel. They asked me when I arrvied to pay the room prise. I told them I am tired, and I will pay when I check out, but they told me that booking, com asked us to have the full charge at the check in!! I booked many times with booking.com and I have not seen this with others hotels. One big problem with hotel was that they booked for me a room that was booked for another person!!! I didn't believe it? I don"t recommend this hotel at all.

Cons: where do i start. on arrival the guy at reception was cocky and arrogent with me. firstly they didnt have ny booking at hand and made me wait around as if they doing me a favour to find it.... then after that dilema he went on to frank my credit card on a slip and demanded that i sign next to a blank amount. how dare he think that i would run away without paying the bill?? i refused to sign ofcourse, and a tore up the slip mumbling something under his breath. he then went on to say that I should pay upfront, which i did. my family was tired and we just wanted to lay our heads down. my word what a big mistake... the room was disgusting, the aircon didnt work... the wifi didnt work. when we queried they simply said the unit was out of order a

Cons: There is alot to say about this hotel which is rated as 4* according to the Moroccan Tourism Department while it should be 1*. Far away from the city centre, the staff is non professional , the breakfast is poor quality , my room was filthy ( broken furniture, dirty bedding, tiny tv, cockroach running across the room) , the bath room is the worst part as the bath is moldy, the shower curtain is covered of yellow stuff, the WC flash is broken , the shower head holder is broken. Shame that it carrys Zenith name .

Pros: we arrived in the evening and they welcomed us in a friendly manner and we sttled into our rooms, could have a beer before dinner, then a decent meal for the first time that day. comfortable night's sleep...what more do you want when you are passsing through??

Cons: the pool is not free as their ad suggests. the WiFi costs 20 drhms (again not free). another thing that they didnt remind me that they kept my passport. usually it is handed back on check out but they failed to do that. and didnt even bother to call me later. i only found next day when i arrived tanger and wanted to check in. i thought that was little careless from their side. they did apologize for the inconvenience, though.
