The room smells humidity, chosen material for floors looks like dirty.
The sarrounding is beautiful. Helpfull staff. It is spacious. Resourceful fitness centre. Good open air swimming pool. The provided shuttle service is of little or no use. Corridors, pavements, lifts, bathroom fittings, etc. are ordinary. Does not look like a five star. Should be rated four star.
Spacious and beautiful setting. Relatively close to all the government offices. Road signs that makes it easy to find. Arrived on a Sunday and no buffet dinner available in a 5-star hotel and the a-la-carte menu was very limited. No conveniences around therefore cannot go out to eat nor buy convenience resources. On-site convenience store very expensive.
exterier, location, lakeview service is not for 4 stars hotel, staff doesnt care anything, even nobody helped to carry my luggage in the room, need to pay about 10 USD for internet per every day, need to wait for taxi about 30 min everytime, when u want to go out
The quiet lakeside location.
The aesthetic environment. The carelessness of the counter staff to charge me for an extra day of breakfast despite informing in advance that I would not be taking breakfast on the second day. Luckily, I discovered the mistake and asked for refund.
Its a poor hotel at any point you look at it ...
The hotel has got excellent facilities but it looks as if it is not being managed properly It is far from the Kuala Lumpur city. It is very good for people who have to visit the government offices.
The dinner at the village finding our way around
The room was very clean, beautiful and comfortable and the architecture was different to any other hotel I have stayed in. The room service was quickly delivered and the buffet breakfast at B's was delicious. The staff at B's were lovely and very ready to serve me early in the morning eventhough I was the only one in the restaurant. The check-in staff seemed a bit inexperienced and forgot to give me back my passport until I asked them. I booked and paid for a taxi to the airport only to be put in a car with another family that had also paid.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with complimentary bottled water and some fruits.
short but very nice, found the lobby area extremely large, not the same as other Marriott's I have stayed at around the world. We had dinner in the Italian restaurant, unfortunately found the menu a little over the top, service was not up to scratch, and there was not one Rose wine on the menu. If had been staying longer would not have reqented a second time.
We have stayed in this hotel for the 4th time. It is one of our favorite hotels. But this time we were not happy with a few things. 1. We had a late dinner when suddenly all lights were turned on, and an army of employees entered the restaurant with carts and materials, making a lot of noise, cleaning the restaurant, and preparing the restaurant for next day's breakfast. Our dinner was spoiled. 2. Our room was not cleaned for two days in a row. Apperently we have to ask for this service. 3. we had to pay 15 RM for a bottle of water. Would be better service if it was complementary with a deluxe room.
Nothing at all Very noisy dirty old rooms and un professional stuff
It is a spectacular hotel. The staff were very friendly and hotel very clean. Beautiful and well kept grounds. Nice varity of resturants. The general location is out of the way - too much. The drive to Kuala Lumpur is 45 minutes. The pool resturant/snack bar was closed on Sunday.
the garden the hotel staff
I cannot give an answer to this question as we only stayed one night and visited friends in the evening. We may come back and spend some more time at the hotel.
The room was well kept and the room was excellent. The area was scenic and peaceful.
Romantic ambience. Car parking a bit far and inconvenient.
its in Exclent place no crowded... and it seam the place is for High class its far away from shopping center you need to book a car if you want to go...
The hotel staff were not well trained and service was poor for a Shangri La hotel which is supposed to be highly reputable
Beautiful luxurious motel, away from it all and relaxing. Would have liked to have stayed longer.
Everything it was a great way to end my holiday
Very nice garden, nice room and great balcony airconditioned breakfast room with icy cold temparatures
Nothing except the swiming pool but no one to serve you any drink Food was horrible - no service - very far away from a real shangri la - dirty room
Best hotel ưe have ever stayed at in every respect. Friendliest staff, amazing room. Very peaceful. Ì anything there could be more Malayasian dishes on the menu.
The staff was very friendly and the view over Putrajaya from the main lobby is beautiful. Very nice bathroom.
The people action was great.
Location, quality No hair conditioner
Did not have a good sleep due to the noise from the another room. Three time calling from other people at outside but wrong room no until 5am only we have a good sleep. Dont have many choice for breakfast.
NICE PALACE AND GOOD SERVICE Nothing
Location Need urgent renewal
The hotel is very different from any we have stayed in Malaysia. Beautifully designed and ideally located away from the hubub of the city. What really made our stay was the quality of the service given by the staff. They were happy friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
Great setting and amazing resort, staff were really friendly and great food As with most resorts in Malaysia the prices are slightly inflated compared to if you go into Kuala Lumpar however the prices are still very cheap compared to the uk
The lounge I think the hotel taxi ( blue ) over charge me .
Very good lake view and the yransportation to the shopping are which close to the hotel ( by boote ).
Food was good and staff were keen to help. Room had seen better days, with TV not showing all advertised channels and extractor fan in bathroom not working (staff were unable to fix either during the eleven days of the stay).
i liked the breakfast and the gardens the room furniture are very old and some are broken...
the complete facilities provided in the room really satisfied my family's need.. nothing so far
Although it requires more talk of care and attention Building, furniture, hotel room and the old and bad - the smell of the room and disturbing Krihp - Mosquit despite the survival of many garden gate closed - delays in the provision of room service - breakfast and a few normal
Comfort and friendly staff and good breakfast Nothing
Room is nicely decorated & spacious enough for 3, the spa is a lure but I had no time to try it out. There was live music/singing at dinner and it can be heard very well...can be pretty disturbing if one is looking at having some quiet time in the room. Also the location is stated as Putrajaya in the website and so we went straight to the precints, anyway, we had a hard time finding it as the road signs can be quite confusing.
The breakfast, excellent food with personal touch Nothing really
Staff are very friendly, helpfull & fast reponse on request. Good breakfast as well The pillow
The room was spacious, clean, neat and the furnitures are nicely arranged. None
It's good for holiday & relaxing. The front desk Chinese male staff is very helpful & polite. Some facilities & fittings are quite old. Not convenience for guests who don't have transport.
After a busy trip to Europe we stayed at the Mines Wellness Hotel to relax a few days before another long flight home. This worked out very well. We did enjoy our rest there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When they found out that our flight was not until 9.00 pm. they straight away offered us the use of the room until late in the afternoon at no extra cost. We were also very satisfied with the breakfast on offer, and with the lunch and evening meals that were served at the in house Chinese restaurant at reasonable prices.
The hotel prices were excellent with great lake view and facilities. The hotel has great design and architecture however it needs re-finishing as it looks old and consumed for a 5 star hotel same feeling you get when entering a Sheraton hotel.
Thanks so much
not much! but, receptionist and bellman was very nice and helpful:) 1. ants all over in bathroom 2. old furnitures inside room (chalet) 3. parking (normal parking, not the valet parking) not a good area, bit far from the hotel lobby, not safe enough for lady to walk alone, and no lift! 4. swimming pool closed very early and opened very late 5. why beach hut closed at 6 pm??
I booked this hotel because it is near to the book fair and the shopping mall. We also like the plants and greenery here. The bell boy is also very friendly and helpful. The receptionist at the service counter is not friendly and sour face.
Good services from the staff, good scenary, feel relax and very near to shopping mall.
it was a very nice area, surrounding by the natural environment. i felt very peaceful i'm staying in the chalet room,. the condition of that room is not very comfortable... maybe because there are still under maintainace.
Nice place to relax, nice sea-side view, good water transport to near shopping centre and meal.
The overview on the lake and the landscape. The rooms size and the balkony. Need to be more hygenic in relevant to the insects and lizards. Toilets a bit too old.
big room and nice viewof the sea. Everything was great except some insects found in the breakfast.
I like the room service which offers food at affordable prices and also the free wi-fi services.
The location nearby the town and easy to look for food. Building and receiption area need to be upgraded.
Value for money. No, there's no swimming pool.
Comfort and the room rate is affordable. I will come again in future. my water heater cause electric short circuit in my room. I cannot use it.
Convenient location, easy access to food centre and shopping Unpleasant smell (cigarette), no separation for smoking and non-smoking room
