Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, convenient for exploring Aspen and accessing transportation. Many also appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the reasonable pricing when booked in advance. However, several reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, outdated facilities, and poor value for the price, with some guests finding the rooms small and not matching expectations. Overall, while the location and service stand out positively, improvements are needed in cleanliness, room size, and value.
