Pros: The facilities and friendly staff

Cons: The restaurant for anyting other than breakfast is poor and expensive

Pros: Attention in the restaurant; staff went out of their way to serve a special wish I had and that was not in the menu

Cons: Yes, service at the reception was not efficient and staff lacked attention for the hotel guests

Pros: The staff was helpful,but spoke very little english.Our 1st room faced the street extremely noisy.Ask for a room in the back.Staff moved us quickly into a bigger room.

Pros: The staff made a sincere attempt to be helpful. The hotel is located between the center of town and the beach so it is somewhat convenient even though its actual location is not very interesting. Breakfast was pretty good. A good value as Holiday Inn next door cost twice as much.

Cons: As is the case in much of Brazil, very few of the staff spoke any English. Rooms were sparse with no carpet. My room was very noisy both from air conditioner and from shaft to outside.

Pros: the hotel service employee, luis carlos, was very polite and helpful , he made me feel very comfortable and appreciated.
