Cons: ER helipad 100 yards from my room, lots of noise. Staff was unwilling to prorate my fee when leaving a day early due to emergency.

Pros: We had just driven all day and were tired. The staff were very friendly and check in was quick. We travel with our dog and the hotel is pet friendly. They have a beautiful outdoor patio but best of all, an indoor pool and spa. The room has microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator.

Pros: The staff was more than helpful, the rooms were incredibly clean and spacious, and the area was near downtown, but not noisy. I plan on returning.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay at Best Western El Rancho Palacio. Our room was clean, professional staff, enough towels, breakfast was big. All around great place to stay, we will stay again.

Pros: I was easy to find, the staff was friendly.

Cons: The rooms are dirty. You can tell the vacuum does not get to the edges of the room, it has a ring dust all around the carpets edge. The furniture was the same way it was only dusted lightly. The doors to the room and bathroom had chocolate fingerprints from whoever stayed there before maybe. The sheets were clean but the bed is very uncomfortable. They have spring mattresses with a mattress cover on it. I always take cleaner with me because of my grandson, and glad I took some with me this time since I had to clean up a bit before we actually used the bathroom and touched the doors. The dustiness of the room was not much I could do since all the rooms were booked and the other places were as well since it was the Alien Festival we went to attend.

Pros: The beds were super comfortable and the shower was amazing.

Cons: The breakfast was okay but there was way too many guest and not enough food. The pool was gross and green and felt slimey.

Cons: The rooms are too small and the bathroom is especially small. In the foyer, the smell is awful. It smells like a wet dog or onions. Had to hold my nose each time I walked through.

Pros: The staff was very nice! Cheap laundry on site! The locations wasn't ideal, but it was a little bit down the road.

Cons: The room was well worn, and definitely run down. The shower didn't get hot at all, just warm enough not to bail on taking a shower.

Pros: All the staff were very friendly! Our room was ready before checkin time and they made a courtsey call to let us know that we were able to check in early

Pros: Very clean and they are pet friendly. Other hotels make me feel like I'm being charged more for my pet because other people let their dogs piss on the carpet in other words their pets are pad trained and the pet will miss the pad no doubt.

Pros: Considering the inexpensive rate, great accommodations. Quiet and clean. Room had fridge, microwave and TV. Curtains properly closed over the whole window. No problems with room keycard. Plenty of towels. The bathroom had a dispenser for shampoo / conditioner / shower gel so no need to ration / squeeze out little bottles.

Cons: It's a bit far from the main part of downtown if you're only on foot, and there's not that much within walking distance. If you have a car, this isn't an issue.

Cons: The customer service was VERY POOR! They where REALLY Rude and unhelpful!

Cons: Bed too soft, pillows were terrible. Bed made noise when you moved on it. Refrigerator was too low for older adults. The electric outlet in the bathroom did not work.

Cons: "Paper thin" does not begin to describe the walls in this place. Unless you enjoy listening to other's quiet conversations taking place in their rooms, go somewhere else. Also, it was very dirty.

Pros: This is the second time I've stayed here. They've made lots of improvements to the rooms. Bathrooms are bright with new lighting, TVs are nice and big. Beds are new, memory foam. Room smelled good and very clean. Staff nice, shower hot, frig and micro

Cons: Only thing I didn't like is thin walls. Can hear neighbors.

Cons: Water never got hot even after running for 10 minutes. Was able to hear other guests coming and going very early in the morning (4 a.m)

Pros: The staff was extremely nice. Room was much larger than other similar hotel chains. Had a mini fridge.

Cons: The room smelled pretty funny. The area seemed pretty sketchy. Not like LA sketchy but just a general vibe. There was a locked door in our room that was locked from the other side (but not ours) and we weren't sure if was a closet or someone else's roo
