Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel for its exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, with Antonio and his team frequently mentioned for their outstanding service. Cleanliness was highlighted across many reviews, with rooms and common areas described as spotless and well-maintained. The breakfast received high marks for variety and quality, especially the fresh cakes and coffee. The location was appreciated for its proximity to the beach, parks, and city center, making it convenient for both leisure and business travelers. The pool and spa facilities, though sometimes noted as small, were considered a pleasant and enjoyable addition to the overall experience. While some guests found the rooms or bathrooms small, and a few suggested improvements like adding a minibar, the overall sentiment was overwhelmingly positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.
