Pros (+) Great location and facilities! Love that it's connected directly to 1 Utama that makes shopping and finding good very convenient. Rooms are clean and well kept, and beds are really comfortable.
Cons (-) Pillows were a tad too soft so I ended up with a bit of a sore neck. Also breakfast can get a bit boring though the spread is decent.
