Cleanliness and politeness of the staff
Air conditioning in the room was not that cold. We adjust the temperature to minimum temperature but still not feeling cold

The room was spacious
The air conditioning was not cooling and the hotel pathway was so dark. I believe the hotel did not fully operated during the period of Movement Control Order of Covid-19.
