Pros (+) Took me a bit to get my head around no phone or drinking water in the room but the App works great and is arguably more responsive than a typical front desk. Keeping in mind the price you are paying, it's fine.
Cons (-) Location is not that great if you are not into bars.

Pros (+) It's cheap. It's clean. The internet worked during this visit. The rooms have safes in them. They are flexible on things such as check out times. The staff is pleasant and will try to help you.
Cons (-) Remember, it's cheap. These are very small rooms. There is no place to open up the luggage without laying it on the bed. There was a faint smell of bleach in the room. The A/C kept the room cool but the air always seemed kind of stuffy. The window could not be opened. It is back off the main roads so bring a detailed map as the taxi driver may not know where it is. Red Planet is now what last year...
