Large Swimming Pool. Quite cheap for the size of the room (family room). Lot of employees do not understand English. Breakfast is really basic (Toast)
Close to the town. 1. Parking was a problem. 2: The worst breakfast I ever had in any hotel. 3. Staff not friendly in the cafe.
Yes for holiday next time. Wireless in room very poor and second day management not newspaper to my room.
A decent hotel in an area visited less frequently by tourists. The room was large and the breakfast satisfactory. Although I requested a twin bedroom upon reservation, it required some bargaining with the staff at the reception to get it. The room looked onto the pool and therefore we were exposed to the local karaoke champions..... The room would require some refurbishing while the hotel's elevator some updating. As the hotel is in the outskirts of Sungai Petani, it is rather accessible for those by car.
the swimming pool and the friendly front desk staffs.. need an 'upgrade'. it looks and feels old and thing are really worn out. Yellowish and stained guest towel?!....
staff on duty still friendly even though it was past midnight when we checked in.
Good breakfast, room facilities and big swimming pool Parking direction/traffic not so good also the Parking spaces not enough.
good location, very near to the city. the hotel allowed outsider to use the facility such as swimming pool.We feel not secure and scared of our safety.Car park not enough space for parking.
The breakfast was good (in terms of Malaysian foods) and the pool is large with a section equipped with jacuzzi. For family with small kids, they'll like it as the pool will not be congested. The fittings in the hotel room are old and rundown. Even though we stayed in a Family Suite for four adults, the room is considered small.
It is situated in quiet location at one side of the town. Not busy. Vety suitable for family travel.
