Hotels near Lanseria airport

Pros: The hotel is built as an Italian Palazzo and looks amazing. The stuff are very helpful and attentive. Special mention to the concierge and his team.

Cons: The wireless data limit was a wee bit rediculous as a business traveller. It is enough to use to just check e-mails, but if you need to do any bit of work in the hotel, you need to buy a top up.

Pros: Carnivore service and food, comfortable bed, very friendly and helpful staff

Cons: Drain in the shower and broken toilet seat

Pros: Setting is amazing, great decor and atmosphere. Breakfast was great. Spa was amazing. Room had A/C which wasn't specified

Cons: No ironing facilities available, asked reception but they couldn't help. Shower poorly designed.

Pros: The outside shower was a great suprise to the room. Breakfast was also a wonderful way to start the day.

Cons: The directions to the reception and/or rooms are confusing. Additionally when the lady came to prepare my room for the evening she was short with me and when I requested her to come back in 30 minutes she said that she wouldn't be able to.

Pros: The carnivore which is the hotel's restuarant serves the meals in style.Well trained waiters and waitresses. It's a real Thumbs Up!

Cons: Parking area is a complete turn off

Pros: pleasant surroundings, nice Spa and shop. Staff very friendly. Reception staff very efficient and helpful.

Cons: Service in the coffee shop could be jacked up.

Pros: Staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good. Service of Golf carts to rooms is efficient as parking is quite far from rooms.

Pros: Pleasant staff, great rooms, superb setting and surrounds, Breakfast exceptionally good value. Car park attendants above average.

Cons: Lack of knowledge at reception, e.g. flight prebooking, lack of Internet options (cheapest offer was R90). Coffee machine in lounge not working. Waiting long period for golf cart collection at room, not enough staff drivers as there were carts tanding idle.

Cons: The parking areas are much too far from the rooms, and we had great difficulty in walking on the open pathways which were wet from the rain and several people ended up slipping. The signage could also b improved/

Pros: Great breakfast spread. Comfortable, spacious rooms.

Cons: Check-in was a bit slow as we were told to wait for 20 minutes.

Pros: Really crap, I went there because of wireless internet in the rooms, when I got there, this service did not exist, its false advertising on their behalf. I went to Jhb for business and needed the internet. Why I booked at this specific place is because they advetised they have got internet in each room.

Pros: The location is excellent. Near other big venues. The garden is very well done and you even step out into your own private garden through glass doors. Never did I feel I was in the middle of the city.

Cons: Yes, my room was double-booked and I had to be downgraded to a lesser room. Staff was unaware of my booking when I arrived.
