AwfulPros: Location Cons: Under construction. Smelly. Old. First room smelled awful. Sink had backed up in dish washer and let sit. They did give us a different room but it smelled too. Stuffy in room. Nothing like the pictures on the website.
Pros: Ruby was great, she helped me after hours because the front desk closes at 11? Cons: I paid for a room with 2 double beds but when I arrived there were none. It took awhile to get into a room because ruby was doing her best and there is nobody at the front desk after 11. The bathroom door doesn't shut all the way or have a lock. The tv in the room didn't work and the garbage from the previous guest was never taken from the room. The only positive thing about this place was ruby trying her hardest to help us after having been on the road for 14 hours that day. Thank ruby!
Cons: I did not like the fact that there was overbooking on the part of extended care on the internet. People came with the anticipation of having a room to stay in only to find that the rooms were overbooked. There needs to be a better way to track how many people are booking rooms at the same time. I'm pretty sure that I received the last room available. The space was small, and it was a room designed for wheel-chair bound people. Not enough room to hang my clothes without them dragging the floor. It would have been good if I was told that before giving me the room. I knew there were no other rooms, and I would not receive a refund because of how I ordered the room, so what could I do.
