ibis Toulouse Ponts-Jumeaux

The breakfast was quite tasty but there were not much to choose from. I would expect much more variety of the products for breakfast. The special heater in the bathroom made my morning. I didn't have such a lovely wake up for a long time. When it's a little bit cold outside of my blanket it's such a nice thing to turn the heater on and enjoy warm air in bathroom. I really liked hotel staff. They were very friendly and tried to do their best to help me with problems I faced.

I didn't have hot water in my room when I arrived. I found it out only in the morning when I was brushing my teeth and was about to take a shower. It was shocking. Luckily it was fixed while I was having breakfast. There are no refrigerator too. No safe. Trash bin is too small and it's the only one in bathroom. The wardrobe is small too. I was missing quite a lot of things that from my perspective are quite standard for hotel rooms.
