    Breakfast was delicious, the location was great, views were gorgeous! .

    The bathroom needs a pocket door - it’s too tight! The hairdryer was terrible.

    Location, very helpful staff, wonderful rooftop breakfast, loved the view from our balcony.

    No door between shower/jetted tub and bedroom. Thin walls - hear others in hotel and outside noise as well.

    Best view ever. It was like being on a cruise ship balcony when looking at the ocean. Bed was comfortable, great location, close to shops and restaurants. Free breakfast was also very good. Staff was very helpful. Great sunset!

    Loved everything about the hotel. Be aware that in Fira there will be traffic from cruise ships, one day five cruise ships were docked.

    Location is the best, can't beat it. Pool very pretty. Staff friendly. Views from breakfast. Apparently it is the second oldest hotel in all of Fira, hence great location.

    The bathroom felt like it was from a Soviet era bunker during WWII- very grey and dungeon like. The room, while large, was soulless. they need to get in interior designers to style the rooms to make more inviting. The room had great caldera views however door was small and balcony hardly worth sitting on as it was so small. So, while we paid a small fortune for the suite with spa and views it was an uninviting place to spend time. Trip to pool is quite a journey with 2 elevator rides and 3 floors of stairs. Breakfast location at V lounge was nice but not a great selection and juice not nice. We had room 301.
