We liked very much the variety of restaurants and the enormous spaces in and out of the hotel, the best restaurant to visit is the arola, the golf clubhouse, great food very sexy & friendly staff. We can name it the hip place of penha longa but then for middle age people.

Due to it size of it the maintenance is always a bit of problem in this type of hotels, although in general it is perfect, except for the light bulbs in various points are out of order and need to be changed. Also the so named cinema room is very poor, the sound is of the middle ages, so please change into a modern communication video center of real cinema with a selection of films clients can choose. Another aspect is the so much praised Japanese restaurant, well this is the weakest point in the concept, how can you run a Japanese restaurant with Portuguese cooks, impossible mission, please close down the place of hire the right cooks or make it a fusion restaurant were east meets west. The food was not that great.........so a minus one.
