Stay Hotel Évora Centro

Location is good. Room clean and adequate.

Hot water was very slow to heat up. Staff was not real friendly nor accommodating.

Staff, location all excellent.

I would replace carpets in the room for wood, carpets even when its very clean ( and the hotel is absolutely clean) End up accumulating some humidity or mould.

Clean room.

Very difficult to get to. We had quite a bit of luggage and we did drive up to the door, but the paid parking is on the street up to two blocks away. We never moved the car because you may not get parking again even though you have paid for the parking. The elevator is not working and has not worked since sometime in December! Now that is horrible! Not sure that they are doing anything to fix it. Also the name of the hotel has changed to Stay Hotel and we booked it under the old name and we were not notified of the name change!
