I think evening entertainment started a bit too late ... my kids were always too tired by 8.30

The food was good. The Room was good and the the balcony had a great view. The swimming pools were good but rather cold.
The air conditioning was not good enough and I am not sure we will come to you in summer time with this air conditioning.

We actually liked everything! Location is great, staff was amazing!!! Everyone was so nice, polite and always with smile! People working in the hotel are great! Our family had the best time! Our 7 years old enjoyed all the attractions in there, staff was really keeping everyone entertained! Food was great too.
Some days at the pool area was smelly, we actually don't know where the smell was coming from, but it was really strong.

Food was nice, the serving staff was lovely, other than few very rude ones at the reception.
Cocroaches in the rooms every day. When we brought it their attention their said they will sent their team, but our room was not even mopped that day! Nothing was done, no room change offer etc, even 11 year old daughter had to kill the cocroach herself, very distressing for her. No British channels throughout the 10 day stay although we brought it to their attention every day. The comment from the reception was 'but you have other channels, like Spanish, don't you?' Very loud music at the pool which is nice for kids maybe not for everyone.
