Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to Queensbay Mall and nearby food options, making it suitable for short stays and business trips. However, many reviews highlight significant noise issues due to nearby pubs and bars, which often disrupt sleep. Cleanliness is also a recurring concern, with reports of dirty linens, moldy bathrooms, unpleasant odors, and occasional pests. While a few guests found the staff helpful and the price acceptable for a short layover, the overall experience is marred by noise and cleanliness problems.
