Hotels near Palo Negro airport

Pros: I loved the food, the breakfast was amazing!! The staff was great they are very attentive and would make sure all your needs are met.

Cons: That the gym is under renovation and the pool was very cold, I don't know if the heater was broken or it was turned off.

Pros: I love this hotel. I stay here every time I come to Bucaramanga. The staff is amazing and are always willing to accommodate any requests. The breakfast is great and so are the prices for room service and things like that. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bucaramanga.

Cons: The weight room needs some additional free weights.

Pros: Good price $35,000 COP, it was clean. Mattress was also ok, not hard, but Norberto soft.

Cons: No hot water and no ac.

Pros: It is close to where I needed to be. I lived in Bucarmanga for years and this hotel kept me close to what I needed to do. Imporvements have been made including a pool and jaccuzzi. The terrace bar/restaurant still has a great view and has been better equipped with new tables and chairs.

Cons: Breakfast did not start at 6:30, which was a problem for me since I had to be in a taxi at 6:45. The restaurant staff were not very efficient. The entire restaurant was reserved at one point leaving dinner out of the question. The restaurant staff need some training in guest services. The internet was sporadic, in 21 days it didn't work 5. I have stayed here several times before and it worked fine. They may need to change their carrier. The noise level could be controlled with better windows. When the hotel is full, you could wait a long time for the single elevator.
