Pros: The breakfast was decent. I enjoyed it.

Cons: The shower lacked sufficient water pressure.

Pros: The room rate for two twin beds is nearly twice the rate for a queen size bed. I was traveling with my adult children and selected the queen size bed for our two rooms. The hotel staff informed us that a queen size bed could only be occupied by a married (heterosexual) couple. Strange for a country in which most families live in a single room. The staff relented and we were permitted to make our own sleeping arrangements.

Pros: The Zola hotel made my stay in Ethiopia stress free and comfortable. They exceeded my expectations in customer service. The food was excellent. The room was clean and classy. It also had a jacuzzi in it. Wifi worked perfectly, flat screen t.v. had CNN and a variety of other channels

Cons: although promised internet, it did not work at all during 3 days. the internet cafe down the road works, so why not in the hotel?

Pros: Wonderful food, quick customer service, access to gym and spa facilties, excellent rates on rooms and on site restraunt, complimentary breakfast, news and movie channels. Free shuttle to and from airport.

Pros: The staff is really helpful and are always ready to have a nice conversation about the culture or the history of ethiopia. The room are exacly what you would expected for that range of price. And the breakfeast are good. I recommend this guesthouse

Cons: Had difficulty with the booking. They had my name in their system, but didn't have my reservation.
