Hotel Xon's Valencia

Open and airy. Secure car parking.

Bathroom needs updating, noisy air conditioning, fan in bathroom not working, wardrobe door difficult to open, outside areas including eating area untidy, no plug in sink, no tea/ coffee facilities in room ( maybe down to Covid restrictions). No coffee vending machine in public areas.

Close to the airport and very cheap. Member of staff lent me a USB charging plug.

Requested a double, got given a twin so had to sleep in a single bed. Very limited services in the hotel for a 4 star venue. Would pass as a good 3 star in the UK but not 4 due to lack of services.

I could not control temperature in to the room. It's automatic for all rooms. They said the got PC and a place for work and is not true. This is too far from Valencia. Difficult acces.

Half pension dinner was surprisingly good, apart of some spaghetti with cheese and bacon without any taste. Comfortable mattresses, also fine for side-sleepers.

Very simple break fast. Since it is directly at the street, you always hear the trucks also during the night. Of course with closed windows and the additionally the sound of the air condition system. Don't dare to go to sleep very early, other people that are coming later will slam their doors (auto closing). We wanted to take a evening break at the pool, but it was not really welcoming, and directly next to the main hall/reception with huge windows .. so everyone entering the hotel immediately looks at you.
