Well organised, clean and tidy.
Staff at reception could be more professional and polite, not chatting among themselves while checking people in - instead try talking to the guest.

I really appreciated the cleansiness of the room. I wasn't expecting this for a hostel. The breakfast was also outstanding.
I was a little bit harder to find, but close to the hostel the directions were indicated well. It's a little bit further away from the center than I was used to, but still walking distance. Also right next to the Vondelpark which would be nice if it wasn't raining.

The rooms were large and clean. We were 6 people traveling together, so the personal shower and toilet for our 6-person room was very convenient. a maid even came to empty the trash for us. The hostel is also located near the main road Leidseplein, which has a lot of interesting shops and a lot of activity and leads you to the center of town. great breakfast: buffet style with hard-boiled eggs, meats, bread, yogurt, cereal, fruit.
The fee for internet use was too high (1.5 euro for 15 minutes, 3 euro for 1 hour). Furthermore, since the hostel has a limited number of internet access codes, some days it was impossible to buy the 1 hour of internet and we had to instead to buy the must worse deal, the 1.5 euro for 15 minutes.

“Great position near the Vondelpark where you can reach every important place in max 20 min. I stay in a 20 beds room, but there was a lot of space and silence. The bed was confortable and with the lightbed and the plug. Under the bed there was a locker with the possibility of closing it with your own padlock. The bathroom was clean. I didn't try the breakfast or any other food.”
“The best location ever. Close to the city centre and Vondelpark is 2 steps away. The last one is a perfect place for morning exercises. Price/quality ratio is amazing!”
