“There are no words that can properly describe the epicness of the staff at this hotel. Literally, the best group of people collectively working in one place that I have come across, not only in the UAE, but the world as WHOLE. To put this in perspective, upon realizing my stay here was about to end, I extended another week purely because of the HUMAN FACTOR. They make you feel welcome, at home, good karma, well looked after, attended to, acknowledged and all the warm and fuzzy feelings you can only hope for while away from home. No detail is too small! Even with their masks, you can tell they are smiling underneath. It is true that the sea, beach, breeze and brilliant hotel design all contribute to the AMAZING experience, but trust me when I say that the whole package only comes together because of the incredible individuals who work here. NEVER in my life have I had a more pleasant stay or experienced a better treatment. The people are what make this place WORTH IT. DO NOT HESITATE to book a stay here. you will NOT regret it. EVERYONE here is epic. I tried to take as many people's names but I am sure I am missing a WHOLE LOT. Do not think twice about coming here if you have the time and the means. It is the BEST thing I did for myself. I feel like my soul and body are getting healed.
