The car booked was the Peugeot 2008 but I was given the Hyundai Exceed which was lower and caused a lot of discomfort while driving, the indicators for the tires lights up for no apparent reason which again caused me to be concerned throughout the journey I had called for an expert to checked on the tyre but It seems to have no problem but I still need to pay for the call this made me unhappy. The other features of the car such as USB ports and the screen which was supposed to be connected to my iPhone were also non usable. I took full insurance on rental car just to be given such a poor service.Reviewed 7 Mar 2023

Big mistake to rent from this company! Got to heathrow airport at 22:00 to find out their shuttle bus stop service at 21:30 , no one picks up the phone and you get an email for the customer to check in to confirm eligibility to rent a car like you applying for a job in her majesty’s government !! Absolutely awful. £200 in hidden charges on pick up. Site in the middle of nowhere with buses only operating once an hour and not between 1200-1400 creating captive clientele. No bathrooms on site. Unhelpful staff. Worst rental I’ve ever paid for.Reviewed 12 Nov 2022

Last minute charges on pick up. Atleast 15£-25£ a day additional insurance charges at desk and if u dont want this option you can’t get your money back. So you have no other choice but to pay. I rented for 200£ online but had 250£ extra on pick upReviewed 7 Nov 2022

We were warned that this company is notorious for nickle-and-diming you for minor scratches and damage to the vehicle. Thankfully we had on issues and were diligent with our pre and post rental inspections; however, I think it makes sense to warn potential renters. Additionally, note that their location is not -- in fact -- at the airport. Instead, you have to PURCHASE shuttle tickets between the nearby Novotel Hotel and the Airport, which adds time and cost to those flying in and out of Stansted Airport. Other than that, they allowed us to return the car on Saturday (some rental car businesses don't have weekend hours in this area), and everything went great. Budget rental, friendly staff. Don't use this company in Heathrow if you are in a hurry. Not a dedicated car rental shuttle - they use a hotel shuttle bus which stops at many hotels on the way. Expect to queue for a very long time at the rental location. Hopelessly inefficient. Make sure you understand your insurance options. False economy.
