Pros: The size of the room was a great value. There is a kitchen and a big bathroom. For Europe, this place is a bargain. The tram number 7 takes you to the altsdadt (old town) which is less than fifteen minutes from the hotel. Overall this place is a ideal for size and affordability.

Pros: The hotel room was big with a high ceiling and great little kitchen area. Nice amount of drawer & closet space. Hotel staff were nice. Although there was no air conditioning, 2 big windows could open, each with 2 sides, plus each had a top window. The refrigerator was superb for holding whatever needed Cheerful breakfast room with lots of windows. Restaurant across street was good. Breakfast at hotel was fine. We got used to the trams & buses.
Cons: I had not realized there were no non-smoking rooms. Before checking in, the person at the desk said it would be fine to check out the room for any smoke smell to see if it was OK & it was OK. I will remember to use the booking.com "Facilities: Non-smoking rooms category. The tram ride from the Hauptbahnof was about 15 min. Then it was a 10 minute walk to the hotel or can use #90 bus which stops near hotel.

Pros: Excellent buffet breakfast, pleasant location, good connection to city centre
Cons: Instructions on how to reach the hotel are too short and misleading; the system of hotel routes does not always work well in Dresden (as a result of which we drove 50 km before finally finding the hotel)

Cons: Not quite close to the centre, but public transport connection is adequate. Internet description how to get to the hotel by car should be improved: it is much easier than the text suggests.

Pros: The hotel rooms are a good size for the price and the provision of kitchen facilities is a nice bonus. It was hot when we stayed so the ability to open the windows fully was good. The bathroom was clean, the shower worked well and there was constant hot water. A taxi into town cost about 7-8e and there is a tram stop close by.
Cons: The breakfast room is a little undersized if the hotel is full and we had to wait 10-15 mins for a table.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff; delicious buffet breakfast, best coffee I've had in a hotel!
Cons: I think it is farther from the tram stop than stated in the description -- more like 1 km! It's not a problem if you like walking -- which I do.
