Pros:

Ordered E-Class Ort similar and they offenes a BMW 3Series. A good car but not for four People with a lot of luggage. It took over 2 hours to get a 5Series BMW. Very poor service. The car was ok, dropoff without probems.

Great team and service. If you're like me and have concerns about hidden greaseball fees with rental cars, stop worrying. We even got upgraded

they said the car insurance i purchased when i rented the car didn’t cover the rental. they said there was a mandatory additional insurance that i needed that i do not think i needed.

Customer service was awful, rude, aggressive, arrogant and unhelpful. The car I received was 4 years old and I took 61 photos of dents and scratches that were on the car prior to me driving it. No handover, just thrown the keys. Tyres were under-inflated, brakes were grinding and interior had been cleaned, but drivers seat was dirty. Drop off was a better experience, that particular person was not there. First time using Europcar, and last. There needs to be a complete overhaul of the customer service experience and their vehicles. Would definitely not recommend.
