They never give me the car , I lost my money , the Newtown brand Europcar , refuse to give the car I paid for , they said we no car , when I try to get refund I got refused by u , and they never give me car or money back , I’m no happy at all , no happy , if u care about ur customer give my money back
I rented from your car because they had a good price per day for the car. But when I got to the UK and picked up the car from the airport, the euro car representative at the rentals site informed me the insurance was almost three times as much as the daily rate for the car. I wasn't expecting that at all. I had to put 1000 pound hold, about US$1400 on my credit card in order not to have to pay this extra fee even though I have insurance through my credit card company and through my State Farm insurance Co. in the United States, to use my insurance.
Customers should be aware that Europcar will not go or credit card insurance coverage. I was made to purchase Europcar insurance and told I could drive the car away without a europcar insurance policy. This effectively doubled the cost of the car rental! In addition the car provided was old, worn, and smaller than I expected.
The worst rental experience I ever had. Rentalcars.com is a scam and doesn't work well at all with Europcar. Horrible.
Friendly collection. On return, would welcome inspection of the car so I have no surprises on the invoice afterwards (no surprises this time).
