My experience was really great! The staff were so accomodating. I required an earlier pick up time to some road closures near to where I was staying. I was suppose to pick up the car from the airport but instead they brought it to me at my hotel which made things so much easier for me. Even for drop off, I asked last minute if we would drop the car off a few hours earlier than expected and they allowed with no issues at all. Excellent service and great value. Highly recommend!

Overall a very positive experience. The car worked fine. I gave a deposit of 250 (they wanted 225 but I had no change). When retiring the car, I was given 225 even when saying they made a note in the account. Not a huge problem considering the small amount of money but it left a sour taste in my mouth.

Met Vicky upon arrival at KLIA: T-2 and she drove us to T-1 for the signing of the rental contracts. She was helpful and lend me her 'Touch N Go Card' when I disclosed that I do not have one. Car was well maintained and utilized for 5 days without any issues. Well done to Vicky.

Shocking & pathetic sums it up. The car was described as suitable for 5 passengers, which it certainly was not, we were 4 European adults. There was no provision for an upgrade to a larger vehicle, which we would have done but there were none available! At KLIA Airport? Hard to believe. The cost was extremely expensive - it worked out to $460 AUD for 3 days! What a rip off! over $100 a day! for a proton buzz box of a car. Never again. It would have cost another $70 if I had dropped it back before opening time at Senai airport. No it was very disappointing from what I though was a reputable car hire company.

To accept a booking knowing you can’t fulfil it and still take money goes beyond me. This is the most disgraceful and disgusting hustle in the car rental business. You have a 9 to 6 office hours booth. If someone comes 5 minutes late Europcar’s booth is closed and you can get screwed for half of the rental value. And still no car. Due to a so called no show. I was waiting and phoning all the numbers but no one gave a toss. And they knew I was coming from another terminal but I was 5 minutes late. Absolutely bloody disgusting. So to answer your question: I didn’t like anything about this debacle.
