Pros: It was a truely magical experience staying here. The poolside bungalows with your own pool are absolutely fantastic.

Pros: Beach, pools, restaurants, attention at the front desk!

Cons: Family places, boring, and mature couples...

Cons: We had a big issue with the pools there were not space in the camastros and we had a terrible fight with other customers.

Pros: Everything was amazing, the main building, the pools, the beach even the cost of the beach club

Cons: The snacks and the price of them 185 mexixan pesos for a hot dog ?? That's like 10 usd and it does not worth it

Pros: It is nice, quiet, professional and pleasant. We changed for another four star hotel on hour last day and regreted it.

Cons: If your are travelling with a 4 year old child, you should not have to pay for an extra bed.

Cons: Ceiling was falling down on the floor. Marble counter in bathroom was seriously cracked and coming off the wall. Internet did not work and it took 3 phone calls to get the issue resolved.

Pros: This is the fourth time I use this hotel. I like that the room has a good size, is is spacious. It has nice flat panel TV and the view from the window of the room to the bay is excellent.

Cons: The bathroom looks old and it was not completely clean. Some parts of the hotel also looks old and need maintenance. The people of the reception has to improve the promptness and quality of the service, because they are very slow, especially the Manager of the Reception.
