Pros:Su at the Hilo airport National car rental was absolutely AWESOME! She saved our trip and was so kind. Thank you Su.Cons:We rented a jeep and it had no running boards which made it hard for my wife to get in out. Also it had manual locks and manual windows.Reviewed 21 Feb 2018

Great customer service!Pros:Great customer service, great people, great priceCons:I didn't like that it would have cost me $1600 more to change the drop off location to Kona. Cons:I returned the vehicle before office was open. When I called to check on the return attendant could not tell me th e status. She said I would be notified within 48 hours. One week later and I still haven't been notified.Reviewed 22 Mar 2017
