Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, and reasonable prices. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness and a lack of basic amenities such as TV, hot water, and toiletries. Some guests also mentioned maintenance problems, such as broken doors and poor facilities. Overall, while the hotel offers good value and service, improvements in cleanliness and amenities are needed.
